Excellent place to get a bite to eat. Wings are on point, Fries are just great, Toast is just right, and Spicy Sauce is just perfect. Just need a bigger quantity of it next time
I have been a pescatarian for about 3 years now (NO MEAT) ordered a salad with no meat they put bacon on it unfortunately I ingested some (AGAINST MY RELIGON) called back same day they advised me to bring the salad back and receipt it had already been 9:50 , an employee actually admitted to the mistake went back last night for the replacement with my receipt in hand no salad the shift leader staffed (Ramond) argued with me about bringing the salad back into the store even though we are amidst a Pandemic , I just paid for another salad because money is not a issue I love(d) Zaxbys this is what I received... not only was my toast intentionally burnt it tasted heavily of chemicals , spoke with the GM She said she was the one who made the salad and there are open for business if I wanted DHEC to come by , a part of customer service is learning how to properly deal with customer complaints , my food should not have been sabotaged. I have already contacted DHEC and will be proceeding legally
Will continue to give a one star until the entire rating decreases no one deserves to have their food sabotaged and if you are the one sabotaging you don't deserve to EVER work in food service
They need a new intercom system. I couldn't understand the employee taking my order because the system was so static. And then our order was 50% wrong. But the food is good and employees were polite.
They handled the line of cars very well but you could tell they just didnt want to be there...no one smiled ..even what appeared to be a manager at the window just handed me my food and closed the window without saying anything...sandwhich was chewy and not up to their standards...must have been a bad day
They do a good job for a fast food place. Food is decent and service is good, especially considering how busy it always is. They always mess up the extra sauces you order, so make sure you check them. Just a heads up.
Absolute worst service I have ever had in my entire life. They gave me a 3 piece chicken strip meal when I ordered the 6 piece meal. I provided my receipt and showed them that they gave me the wrong meal I ordered. And now they made me wait over 25 minutes while they review the cameras to make sure I’m not lying. Do not at all costs….. I repeat DO NOT eat at this place. Awful service!!!!
Employees are courteous. Service was fast and the combos tasted delicious.

The food was great but the prices are super high. ? The drive thru line was ridiculously long.
