Food was great as expected but drive thru was a little slower than usual and only took cards, no cash. Was no problem but lost a star because of the issue.

Total lack of service! This is the second time we have attempted to order food in the last two weeks. Both times we were told by employees that they had to close down and couldn’t serve anymore. No signs were put up, so we wasted time waiting in the drive-through behind several other cars. The staff was obviously bothered when we asked them why they couldn’t serve us. Our question was polite, but the young lady on the speaker expressed her disgust. This is a new location for this restaurant, but they seem to have the same old staff training problems.

Not a great experience. We ordered online for pickup window. We stood there for about 10 minutes (with no acknowledgement from anyone inside who could see us) until finally someone from the drive thru told us they were not manning the pick up window. Because they are not open inside, we had to get in the drive thru line. What should have taken 5 minutes took 25. Second bad experience with service at this location and it is my last. It's a shame because I like the salads.

The worst Wendys around. Avoid. Rude people. Cant decide if dining room is open or not. Locked people out 3 times while we were there. Too bad because food not bad. Place is joke.

I went there today little after 4... went through the drive through and they proceeded to tell me they were temporarily closed for about 20-30 minutes. I went back after 30 minutes and they said they were still closed. why tell someone u will be open in 20-30 minutes if your still not going to be open. I went on a previous day and waited almost 45 minutes to get through line to find out they only had 2 people working. I truly hope the new that opens in town is better than this one!

I’ve never really been a review person unless something crazy good or bad happens. I’m done. I’m leaving a review for every place that sucks from now on. The fact that you can’t get employees should mean the speed of service suffers. There is no reason to completely mess up every aspect of a 4 person order. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE UNTIL THE NEW ONE GETS BUILT. unless the owner is the same for the new one on 21.

Waited half an hour for there to be an excess of employees standing and doing nothing. When I got to the window they messed up my order and when I asked politely for it to be rectified overheard the employee saying that “they ordered nuggets or something” didn’t get half of the food I payed for. Slow service, Rude employees, poorly run location.

The only GOOD THING that came out of this visit was observing the MATURE BEHAVIOR of the Drive-Thru and the Front Counter cashiers. When I approached the Drive-thru, I was greeted by an extremely pleasant voice. You could actually feel her smile through the Menu Board. (That's the way it used to be) After placing my order and paying at the first window, I met Ms. SaToria Rivers at window #2 where I received my meal. I credited her with having a pleasant attitude and that I would be sure to give her a positive review.Her partner, however, gave me the impression that she would rather be somewhere else. My Fries were cold and I had to pull over the parking lot and wait. After about 20 minutes, I decided go inside and get the fries myself. Once inside, the unprofessional older lady tried to ignore me. I had to call out to her a few times before the young lady from the front line came to assist me. I asked for hot fries out of the oil, and receive backlash from the older DT lady and from the Shift Mngr.EVENTUALLY I GOT MY HOT FRIES AND LEFT.I don't know what's happened to that Wendy's, but it certainly going downhill fast!

I visited this Wendy’s at 6 pm using drive thru 3/5/22. I had prior poor service inside restaurant over 1 month ago but decided to give it second chance. Only 2 cars ahead of me in line and it took 28 minutes to get served. Attendant was not attentive, several employees milling around inside restaurant unconcerned, 1 I saw didn’t even have uniform top but a Hilton Head sweatshirt. I politely requested name and phone # of owner. After 3 requests I was given a first name only with a scribbled # on a torn piece of paper. I left VM on the number 2 days ago asking for a call back and have heard nothing. Perhaps that is the answer. Sadly I will not be returning nor referring.

This was an awesome experience! The food was delicious and very timely. The people working went above and beyond to be certain we were taken care of. I was so impressed! Will definitely be back!
