Ordered an Upper Crust grilled chicken salad tonight and asked for fried instead of grilled(done several times in the past). My husband picks it up and the young lady has charged us for the salad and chicken fingers. He questions it and she says sorry that's how we do it now. So I call up there and she again says sorry that's how we do it now. So, one salad is $19.50? She says yes, prices have changed and that's how we do it. I know there is no way the owners would do this, so if you see this, please reach out to me. I worked there years ago, when I first started teaching with your wife. Patrons just be aware so you don't have this happen to you. At no time did she say it would cost an extra $8.50 to change the chicken from grilled to fried. Disappointed tonight.
We ate here last year while we were on vacation and it was our first stop for dinner on this year's vacation. We're going to go back again before we go home. Best chicken parm I have ever eaten.
Service was ok, the pizza was good. We had one of their specialty pizzas with extra cheese. Pizza was delicious but next time I would skip the extra cheese.
Found this place at random and was very pleased by the menu, food, and good service. Won't cost a lot for a great meal!I did have a little trouble finding the restaurant from the street but it was worth the find.
Pizza was amazing. Our server Carolina was great. She never let our glass get empty. Will definitely visit again.
I love their steak sub and salads. However, when they decide to mess up, they really mess up. The steak grinder is supposed to have house dressing, which I love with the flavor of the steak. So, when they leave off/out a KEY ingredient like that on a to go order, it's pretty much a waste of my money. And I left a tip - no more will I do that on a to go order. So, like I said, they are good, just not so much when they are busy apparently!!!
Rude people answering the phone to take orders. Wouldn’t try it again.
It’s run by teenagers, no communication with customers. They make great conversation when you call or sit at a table, but don’t deliver their product as they claim. This isn’t new, look back at previous reviews by other people.
Their spaghetti with meatballs is absolutely delicious. We hadn't been in a while and forgot what we were missing. It was our favorite place before covid and it is our favorite place once again.
The smallest calzones I think I’ve ever seen and that would be okay if it was reflected in the price. I ordered extra mozzarella and thank goodness I did. The only positive thing I can say was that it did taste good.I understand the rising costs etc, but this was truly ridiculous.
