Last night they had a guy working the window at 11:30 pm and he was awesome, 5 star customer service Reggie, friendly, nice, and got the order right.Kitchen wise, I would say 1 stara, Though the order was right, the potato food items were cold and one tasted like a toilet, had to immediately spit it out and actually am concerned. We ordered for our kids too who also said it tastes weird. Legit. Tasted like a toilet. Praying to God thats just the oil or something. One of the tacos apparently tasted like a ashtray. I don't know, but concerns for the kitchens cooking and quality safety are high.So used to this place having unfriendly staff that after a long day of work and dealing with asshats, it was nice to get that kind of service. Genuine. At 11:30 pm too. Hope this kind of employee stays
I waited 45 minutes for food there was 3 people in front of me. Spent my entire lunch break waiting to receive cold food. This is the 2nd te I have had a problem with this taco bell. Will not be revisiting this one.
Stop.using the damn kiosk. It makes the resturant impersonal and aggravating to us Seniors.My comments will probably be better once Taco Bell goes back to using cashiers.

Appalling greasy, messy crap. This chain used to have a few palatable dishes. Sad to see their final demise. Never going back. Worst crap ever. Sorry.
I placed a DoorDash order within their open hours and it had been confirmed, I waited ab 30 mins I had been assigned a dasher and everything then out of nowhere it’s canceled and I didn’t receive a refund. I called and asked why it was canceled whoever answered the phone had a major attitude and said “we are trying to close” um..at 9pm?
If I could give a 0 I would. 2 times I have been there once in the morning and once later at night. Your hours say you're open but employees say your not. Hire better staff and actually open the store. Thanks.

Can only order inside by the kiosk....I don't work there and I am sure not getting paid to do their job....Food was pretty good but won't visit this location again.....
If you ask what kind of sauce I would like please include it in the bag.
