Service is usually pretty good. However, tonight we had to return to the store because one of the 5 sandwiches ordered was completely wrong. Upon arriving to the store to correct the issue, we overheard one employee tell another employee "they will figure it out" when being questioned why they were moving a slice of cheese from one sandwich to another. Big red flag.When we finally sat down to eat, one sandwich had so much mustard on it that it had to be wiped off. There was also some mustard on other sandwiches that were not supposed to have mustard, as well as on the bag, and the receipt.
Went there last night at 9:37pm, and they were putting food up. (They don't close until 10:00pm). Suddenly remembered why I don't go there much. This store has always been a disappointment even when they were open during their regular hours...
They did not get my online order right at all. Didn’t have everything I asked for in it. And the bread was not what I asked for. Do not recommend!

The food is OK, but has been declining for months. Folks are kind in person, but my delivery orders continue to be incomplete and have missing items. When this happens, you don’t get a refund because they don’t answer the phone. I’d probably recommend using Doordash instead of the subway app since Doordash will refund your money for missing items or just pick it up in person. Everywhere is going through some stuff, all the businesses are struggling right now, but we still have to get what we pay for or at least be refunded when we don’t. That’s simply fair. Nobody’s in a position to be giving away money right now.
My sandwiches were very good and neatly fixed
It's a Subway at the Navy Hospital in Beaufort. They are all the same, fresh food, clean and quick. In and out under 4 minutes.
The people were respectful, fast and friendly. Food was good.
I was just picking up Food today… I apologize for not getting the team member’s name to recognize them the the two lady’s and one guy did an amazing job working together and getting the food out.
