New: Love the new management. Service is much better!Old:This was my last time going there which is sad because my family and I been going there for years. The service was great until the end. I ordered 2 salad and a large sandwich for about $40. Since I had to travel, I requested oil and vinegar on the side and pickles for the sandwich. When I asked for salad dressing, I was informed that I had pay extra $3. I heard the owner arguing with the associate because I asked for pickles for the sandwich and I received 3 spears for a large when I walked to the register to pay for salad dressing. Very unprofessional and unnecessary. I asked why I am charged extra when I could had got oil and vinegar on everything and I didn't get it nothing because it was not being eating right away, the response was cause I was given 2 containers when I had 3 large items. When the associate was making my order, her coworkers and boss was watching her then they went in back. It made me so uncomfortable and upset to where next time I will take my business else where and share my bad experience.
Food was good but customer service was terrible. Don’t us their “revel up” to order online cause they don’t do that anymore under the new ownership. I did that and my sandwiches were not ready when my son went to pick them up. He has to order them again and pay again and nobody could tell him how to get the money I paid online back. When I called back to ask again I was told to dispute the charge with the bank. The lady asked my son 6 times if he wanted tomatoes and he said no and she still put tomatoes on his. He said the lady was more concerned with looking out the big front window than paying attention to him.
The food at substation 2 is great but , the customer service is awful!!!! They have a few young ladies there that are really great Lisa is one most definitely a keeper but there’s a big eye girl that works with here with braids and she loves s rude but not f she know what I know she needs to be kinder and friendly to people I always say if u don’t like your job find a job u like
Very good! Ate here twice on our visit to Beaufort. The Sub Stations here in Spartanburg haven't been good for a while.
When I walked in the girl that was at the register just looked at me as if I was bothering her. I asked her if I was suppose to order with her and she shooker her head. She didn’t once say a word to me, not even what my total was. She looked as if she didn’t want to be there. Very poor customer service. I don’t recommend this place.
NOT SUREThe place is nice and big.It has a lot of potential. It just seams very basic.I've only been there one time so far, so I can't say to much yet.I ordered the REUBEN SANDWICH ?. It did come on rye. Thats the only thing that was right about this SANDWICH. The cornbeef was 3 cold pieces, the sauerkraut cold and the bread wasn't toasted. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ?I'll keep you all posted.
As soon as I walked in I could tell the staff did not want me there. No greeting and they all looked annoyed. When the lady making my sub asked me what I wanted she was very impatient and rude even though I was the only customer. It was my first time trying this place and I'm 100% never going to give it a second try.
This place by all means is a joke,I ordered a corn beef ruben on rye and I never in my life had such a poorly made sandwich, I originally wanted a chicken salad but unfortunately they didn’t have any grilled chicken!Then I looked at the equipment they use and daaa no wonder they didn’t have grilled chicken, it would be rather difficult to Grill chicken in a bun warmer or a microwave! The two women who work there have absolutely no personality at all and the little short guy at the register ( I believe is the owner) kept on trying to get me to bye something that didn’t even resemble cheesecake but claimed it was, all in all the chips I got with my sandwich was the best part of the meal,, may the little short guy should go back to driving a taxi or gas station.
Place was clean, little busy but it was at lunch time. Staff wasn't rude, but not friendly either.Sandwich seemed the same as every other sub shop.
Don't waste your money on the steak. Its 2 very thin very small slices on the large. Not worth the money. More bread than anything.
