This location never has any inventory. They never have honey, stir sticks, lemonade, etc. the employees are very rude. After receiving subpar service I called and requested to speak to a manager. A male employee answered the phone told me there wasn’t a manager on duty. When I asked him when a manager would be in he stated that he could not legally share when a manager would be on duty. He stated that it was illegal for him to share employees schedule. I did not ask this employee for a specific persons schedule. I asked him how I could file a complaint and he said I don’t know. Then he proceeded to hang up the phone on me. The lack of training in regards to customer service is a poor representation of this business. If this was my business and I had an employee speak to customers in this manner he would be fired on the spot. Every employee should know where to point a customer if they have a complaint. This employee was disrespectful and hung up the phone as if he was talking to his little friends and not a customer.
The drinks were good as usual, it’s what you expect from Starbucks but it’s hard to be satisfied when you don’t get much of your beverage and instead get a ton of ice. Especially when you ask for light ice.Won’t stop me from coming here though.This Starbucks is really nice and the staff are super friendly. In the future I have to make sure whoever is making my drink knows to put a little less ice in there.Either way, check them out. It’s a great Starbucks to visit.
Honestly they do an amazing job!! Everyone is polite and everything is always in order just one thing i will never understand that bothers the heck out of me is how you have an amazing mobile app but yet people that walk in to order at the counter always get their stuff before you!!! The app told me my drink would be ready like today for example 8:06 didn’t it get it till dam near 8:30! So much for “skip the line”
I had a very lovely day in Beaufort and was treated to an amazing latte on my way home. The staff were all very friendly and kind. I went through the drive threw so I only really got to talk to Keith since he was the only person there. He made a lovely recommend for dinner and (cocktail) dessert. I will definitely be visiting again. Thanks!
worker named Keith was extremely rude. ruined every trip to get coffee, mocked us, commented on the amount of sugar in the coffee we ordered. not to mention extremely impatient… never had worse service in my life…won’t be coming back
When this location initially opened up, they were really good, responsive and good overall customer service. Over the last year or two, a lot of things have gotten worse like they will be closed randomly for extended periods of time. You will place a mobile order and will have to wait through a long drive-thru which extends out into the main highway to pick up your order in which time your order is now melted and in or cold they lock the inside randomly with no notice. Overall I would say that they're customer service and quality has really went down, hence the one star rating
The wait was long but the service, the friendly greetings, and great coffee and snack was definitely worth the wait. Just the thing to warm you up on a cold evening.
I absolutely LOOOOOOOOOVE LOVE LOVE. this Starbucks! My partner and I frequent this one and many others in the area and Beaufort is our Fave! Thank you, Courtney, Jason, Caila (Carla?), Kevin, K-(name?) and everyone else tonight! You guys are the best. Tell the owners to give you ALL raises! Love you guys.
The staff are extremely friendly and courtesy. I love there frappuccinos.
Store was closed for walk ins, drive thru line was really long, drink was good.
