If I could give this place zero stars I would. I’ve only eaten here a handful of times and every-time it seems to only get worse. They either over cook their burgers to literally hockey pucks or severely undercooked. Half the time from what I’m told when I try to order a chicken sandwich they don’t have chicken sandwiches. Depends on the time of day whether you have staff that actually cares or doesn’t I’ve gone for breakfast and dinner, dinner time is not when you want to go. Do not waste your time going to this location.
Closed drive in ordering so you can sit in your car. Only drive through open at 815pm. Looked very dark. No exterior lights were on. Timers finally turned on at 840pm.Sonics charm has been the vintage Drive in, the neon lights and waiters using roller skates to come to you car. Even without the rollerskates... the charm is gone without the drive and serve areas..neon lights and the oldies playing.Sorry. Very disappointing to see Sonic become just another drive through without the vintage charm that filled those car stalls with happy families and young couples on dates.
completely unprofessional. sat at the speaker for 30 min before closing time ( with a line of cars behind me including an EMS worker) and then the lights turned off. when we came to the window an employee saw me and said “ oh my god there’s a car outside” then proceeded to hide. no one had the decency to say “sorry we’re closing early” or anything.
All the employees at this sonic, are some of the nicest people ever to work in the service industry. I've gone through the drive through several times behind customers that are just unhappy people, & listened to the way they treated the workers for reasons these employees had no control over. Every time the employees have gone above and beyond to make the customers happy. They deserve rewards for having to deal with some of the people that order here!
Quick efficient service, fresh hot food. Enjoyed the chicken zinger. Great price and not too big .If you're not that hungry, it's a great option. The only negative was they barely put any mayo on it. It was just bread and chicken. You could hardly even see the tiny bit of mayo. It was still good though. Juicy chicken.
Told me the wrong price not once but 3 times. Got my order wrong and then tried to tell me I said the wrong thing?? Then they still didn’t give my kid his corn dog that we ordered! All i’m saying is if you’re going to wear your headphones while working at least be able to hear your customers when they are ordering!! This is absolutely ridiculous and didn’t even apologize!
Just left here, decided to try the new burger. Let's starts with how the burger was warm and not fresh like how it should have been (they aren't packed. ) Second: as you can see by the picture, the bacon was nothing like the picture, it was very burnt and made this burger not very enjoyable. I was hungry and I paid $5 for it, so I scarfed it down. This will most likely be my last time coming to this location. People want fresh food not mediocre.
Ordered tater tots and a sundae. Tater tots were cold and undercooked. Sundae was ok but know they you'll be upcharged for nuts now

The girl taking orders was to busy eating ice cream and talking and got our order wrong even after I repeated to her! After paying she said pull up and shut the window. I pulled forward and another brought most of my order. I told her what I was missing and she told me I had to go back through the drive thru and walked off so I asked for a manager. She took my receipt and got my missing food. *see picture * after seeing this mess I went back and the manager says "that's how it's supposed to look we're using a chicken substitute from the one we normally have. I asked wouldn't it be smart to let your customers know that because this is what I normally order and it does not look like this! At this point I'm just over the whole sonic experience just refund me for the chicken sandwich she asked is there anything else I can get you we have grilled chicken and I'm like no don't want no more chicken from yall! I get a number one and our car now smells like somebody's armpit. looked at my Burger and there's meat, cheese and onions, lots and lots of onions!! At this point I'm no longer hungry, I'm done... FU sonics
