Really disappointed in sonics tonight. No.2 on the menu was cold wasn't enough tater tots. The burger was hard on the bottom like it's been sitting awhile. The sandwich was poorly put together. And all the round tired looking. If I wanted a terrible sandwich for the price that I paid for 2 no. 2 I would have gone to MacDonalds. I wished I took my last 20$ and put in my gas tank instead of my stomach.
The Sonic's on Lady's Island has the friendliest staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with at any restaurant ever! They really do go above and beyond. I have a very large family so I made a very large order and they were more than happy to accommodate. They were so pleasant and polite. I will definitely be coming back! Keep up the great work guys!
I really like this location in comparison to the one across town. The staff is always super friendly and happy to take our orders. The parking and drive-thru areas are clean and free of garbage.
Order was correct but it took about 35 min for me to get my food.. not mad but didn't expect 35 min with 2 cars in front of me.
The best fast food is not BK or Mickey D's. Sonic is in the top two. I can't decide who the clear winner is but Sonic does win Best in Show for their onion rings

Very rude service. Wouldnt stip interrupting me asking if that's all. . Got my order wrong and when I asked them to fix it politely was very rude. While I handed the cashier my card she talkied about being sick with no gloves or mask. Didnt even get everything I ordered. Will never go back ?
My experience at this location this evening was terrible. What a joke, they are all playing around, you need to hire a babysitter for your staff. When I pulled up to place my order, someone starts barking like a dog over the speaker. Well the money i spent there today will be my last. I work too darn hard for my money, ill spend it somewhere else.
Food is mostly cold, even if you ask for it fresh.
