I was sitting in waiting on my order when one of the drivers came back in and started to move the bags around. Not one time did he attempt to wash his hands! The manager ask if someone can drop some chicken he says I got it he the wipes his nose grabbed the bag of wings drops them in the oil! I then tell the manager that he just wiped his nose. With covid this is very Is unacceptable. Also not one person had any gloves on!
My order was correct and was ready when I got there to pick it up. I did curb side and they promptly brought it to me. The pizza was very good and so was the brownie.
Our delivery order came quick and it was still super hot when we received it and it was so good!
please fix the tracker, and I asked for the door to not be knocked on and to leave the food at the door and I had a knock at the door which is the opposite of what I had asked. I am highly upset and could not get my child to sleep for 5 hours at 11 pm.
I've had some not so good pizza before. I can't even describe the taste from the Beaufort store. There is no way they are following corporate standards. The worst I have ever had. I'm attaching the receipt as a reference and date of what I ordered. The location was torn off when removing the receipt from the box, but the phone number can be cross referenced for location. Don't spend your money here.
I ordered the dinner box. EVERYTHING in the box was DISGUSTING. PIZZA WAS DRY ..PASTA DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH SAUCE(it was dry also) AND BREAD STICKS WERE HARD!!!!! VERRY DISAPPEARED!! I THINK I SHOULD BE COMPENSATED WITH A FRESHLY MADE DINNER BOX!
Cheap on pepperoni. 3 topping was very cheaply spread out. Thumbs down. Wings are smallish.
We purchase pizza 3 times a week, this location refused to sell us extra pizza sauce. We will not be purchasing from this location and maybe not pizza hut again...I would be happy to provide my number so that you might see how much pizza we purchase.
My pizzas are always hot and ready when I pick them up. Please continue to give quality ingredients and superb service to your guests. Customer service is still the number one reason people return, even though this seems to be a dyeing art.
