Unfortunately it won't let put zero stars!!! Absolutely the worse prepared pizza, no pride in their work to let something like this pizza (see photos).Ask for extra garlic sauce and pepperoncini, tag shows +1, but open the box and NOPE!!?I will never order from here again.
I called to order a delivery and the caller was very rude saying “it’s out of the way and I never tip” I have tipped every time I’ve ordered from them and I know how it is to not get tipped I work in the food industry and I know how to tip well. Even if I wasn’t tipping I still don’t think it was right for them to be completely rude to me. I’m at a school and I have classes I’m usually pulled out of class to pay them or leave my money with trusted people to pay them. So them saying “I’m never there” is completely bull. Never ordering from them again.
When you order online and it says 45-55 minutes it's more like 110-120 before it arrives at your door. Don't bother calling the store, if someone there can fumble through a sentence you won't like what they have to say. Delivery driver had bad attitude and even told me he didn't care that the food was over an hour late. Beaufort is a poorly managed branch. FYI, you can be under staffed and still provide customer service.
If I could do a zero I would , my pizza was stiff as a board not to mention my wings were veryundercooked and I'm pregnant ??? hope they do something about this money Is hard to come by now days and people don't understand when they charge ur card that it takes 7 business days to get back smh money's hard times are hardGET OUR ORDES RIGHT. Ifefund or reorder!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!My wife and I ordered the New York style pepperoni pizza but instead of getting that the decided to send us a DRY THIN CHEESE PIZZA ?. So when we reached out to them they were very rude and disrespectful... They argued with us saying there was nothing that they could do since it was an online order. Which is unheard of. They said that they could remake the order but we would have to pay. Why should someone have to pay for their screw up. The Beaufort location really needs to get it together. Whatever manager and staff that was working there on the night of 3/12/22 really needs to find another place to work and stay FAR FAR AWAY from anything that has to do with customer service... If I could give NEGATIVE STARS for this location I would. Unfortunately they're getting a undeserving 1 star...????♂️

I’ve come to realize why I never like ordering from papa johns in Beaufort. There is no way they looked in this box and thought this was a decent pizza to deliver to a customer. I was just trying to surprise my girls with a heart shaped pizza on Valentine’s Day. Wasted $20 (pizza price, delivery fee, + tip) on this pitiful pizza that doesn’t even fill up the box. Only positive was that it was delivered on time. Do better papa johns!
Wanted to give Papa Johns a try since we’ve seen so many promotions lately on television. We’re typically a “non-chain” pizza customer. Our order was simple, pepperoni and mushroom pie. We wanted a “New York” style crust but it was unavailable. That’s odd, we keep seeing it promoted. Once home, the pizza was so dry you could hardly eat it. We didn’t. Very disappointed in this pizza experience.
Bad customer service, order was wrong, argued with customer as to what was ordered, then refused to give refund. Won't be going back!!!!!!!
