We were staying at the Quality Inn, just minutes away, and decided to stop in for dinner. Not crowded but online orders was busy. My first visit, my Marine said it's good food. I ordered with his help and the girl on the line. Wasn't sure if I made a good selection, but once I started, it was a great surprise. My steak combination was delicious. Chips and salsa came with it. Wow! If I wasn't getting ready to leave town, I would have returned for more. While sitting I noticed the workers were engaged with conversations among themselves. 1 stood mainly on the line, 2 did online orders, 1 was talking to all of them, while he cleaned tables, swept, and checked the garbage. I noticed as he wiped the tables, chairs, and the area where the trays are set on top of the garbage, he used the same towel. He spot checked all those areas. He wiped areas that had food, crumbs, liquid, etc. I was not impressed, felt it was sloppy and gross, thankfully I ate my food off the tray. He could've done better if he added a little more effort. This is a food establishment. I would have easily given a 5 star if he took a few more minutes to clean. He certainly had time to chat in between his cleaning round.

The food is WEEKS old. It’s never fresh. This is by far the worst Moes experience you will have. Do not eat here. It will make your stomach churn.
It's a good place to grab a quick bit. Has alot of options for Mexican food.
Been inside 3 times to look at the food and see how fresh it looks based on the reviews, (usually we walk out because everything looks old, and unappetizing) but this time we stayed. The steak pieces are not edible unless you have a steak knife to cut them down. The Pico looked old and like it was just some tomatoes with seasoning, the corn salsa was sour tasting and the cilantro was bad. Besides the food being slightly cold, not straining the beans enough when it was put in the bowl and making it overall watery. Very disappointing and honestly not worth it!We should have stuck with our original decision and stayed clear!
I went to Moe's a few moments ago when we walked in we didn't get greeted with the Welcome to Moe's nor a hello. It was 8 employees there and not one of them acknowledged us. They looked us in the eye several times and kept talking. We finally ordered even though I was ready to walk out before then, the young lady (girl) tossed my husband food in a to go box like she was having a bad day. Then I ordered 3 soft tacos that she didn't even heat up the tortilla it was doughy when I bite into it. I had to tell my husband don't say anything. The manager looked like a teenager herself. We usually get more chips then we can eat they gave us a small handful. Needlessly to say I left with 2 1/2 tacos because at this point I had it. We usually go to this Moe's 2-4 a month every time we visit Beaufort but today was our final visit
