I don't know what part of the covid book says close the restaurant entirely.Only open drive through...I belive they are required to supply bathrooms if they are to serve food..Then one time I had 3 orders and they said not more then 2 orders per vehicle..Made us go around Again..
Horrible service waited 24 min in drive thru. I was car number 5 stuck in line because you can’t turn around. No greeting no welcome ,no sorry for your wait ,no thank you…” what’s your order” and OK . No total or repeat back my order. Received med fries when I ordered large and my quarter pounder was cold , it didn’t even melt the cheese and the bun was hard on the edges. Then to top everything off, I had one napkin. I really felt as I was a inconvenience to them …. I will not go back to this Beaufort SC location again.
With Improved methods in taking orders and preparing food, having adequate and knowledgeable staff would boost business and sales. MINIMAL mistakes would make things run more efficiently and effortlessly.
This is yheost beautiful McDonald's I have ever been to. And the filthiest. It dont take long to wipe off a table. The drink dispenser is a disaster. Customer service was good but can y'all please clean this place?
An hour and a half before close and they are serving old, refried food (I’ve worked in fast food I know when people get lazy).
The nasty light skinned crooked tooth girl felt inconvenienced to give us condiments at the window. I don't know why dirty people feel the need to work at a place where drug habit money seems to come quick.
Worst Mcdonalds. I get that they are short but the attitudes shouldnt be. They definitely dont know how to do the best they can with what cards they are dealt each day. Thwy clearly don't change their food oil as they should.
Long drive-thru line was long but the got is through very quickly. The service was quick, efficient, and the food was hot.
We've been here quite a few times and the food is always hot, fresh, and very good! The only down side is the wait! We went thru drive thru and we waited nearly 15 mins and the line didn't budge. I'm not sure if it's a staffing issue or lack of food being ready. Hopefully it's resolved soon.
Great customer service plus a speedy delivery of a hot lunch makes this McDonald's one of the best drive through restaurants in Beaufort SC.
