My wife and I came here for a late lunch. The food was good, but our waiter was excellent. Food was prompt and he was very attentive. Bernie, I’m hoping I got his name right, keep doing what you do! ????
I had a great experience today. My 8 ounce renegade was cooked precisely the way I requested. My garden salad was fresh and very tasty and my sweet potato was surprisingly fresh and not over cooked. Our waitress (Jordan) and one of her co-workers provided exceptional service.
I’ve been to Longhorn quite a few times, but this visit was superb thanks to our server Millie! She was very attentive and personable and my husband and I very much enjoyed our experience with her. We will definitely be back just to sit with her. Thanks so much, Millie!
Very friendly staff. Seated very quickly despite the crowds and the booths are large enough so you really can't see the people around you except to the side, which is good with Covid practicing. Food came back quickly and tasted delicious... definitely a recommend!

I visited your location in Beaufort, SC on Saturday and was treated like a inconvenience and very rudely by one of your guy servers. This was not only unacceptable it was down right embarrassing. I met a potential client of mine there for a lunch meeting to go over some figures and data, I choose this location with hopes of adding a nice environment to our business meeting. I felt outed and almost like I was bothering them by coming into your establishment. Just as I was about to call for a Manager or Owner I was greeted by a Sweet Lady I think it was named Betty, she stopped by and asked if everything was alright and listened to my concerns and was very understanding and apologized for all things that went happened. She said she could see my frustration and wanted to make it right. The simple act of caring to listen and attempt to fix any issues I had was enough to win me over. This experience quickly turned a negative experience that I had to a positive one. Without my interaction with Betty I would have viewed your establishment in a very negative light. As long as you continue to have employees like her working there I will gladly take more business partners and future clients to your location when I am in town. I just wish Betty was my server because I would have tipped her gracefully. Betty told me she expects nothing in return other than for me to have a good experience, and that moved me.
I don't give 5 stars very often, but this experience earned it. Staff was great, food was awesome, service was fantastic and our food came out incredibly quick.
Great service, food was good and orders were accurate. We had to wait for a table despite the restaurant being mostly empty. Not enough servers. Highly recommend.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Walked in to see if I could put an order for to go. Now is currently 9.15pmThey close at 10pm and tell me that they can’t cause they are max out. ? but how ironic that the person behind the line was on the phone. And they are max out? I tell you what he must be super talented.And all this for 3 soups. Very unprofessional. Will not return.
