Great subs just wish this location would answer the phone. Forget about calling in an order, they wont pick up.
Worst Jersey Mike’s I have ever dealt with, my wife ordered a sandwich from them and when she got home it was not the sandwich she ordered. She tried calling back a few times after she found that out and no one answered her calls, so I decided to give it a try because she was getting frustrated and I called 4 times back to back and still no answer. To me that’s the worse definition of customer service and paying attention to people orders.
One of the biggest reasons I don't leave a tip is because people don't follow directions. I had a request and didn't get any extra of what I asked for, plus I got onions when they weren't supposed to be on my sandwich!!!
they strive for authentic. sandwiches are full and the oil/vinegar/oregano is just right. Cheese Steak is good, not like in Philly because of the roll, but overall good

Was busy and service was slow as there were only two workers but they had great attitudes and moved with urgency which I appreciate. Clean environment. Sandwich was delicious and worth the wait. Thanks to the worker there for being so nice. Keep up the good work.

Ordered door dash I think or Uber eats.Ordered a hot sub.Toasted bread.Came in good time.Just cold.Will eat here again.
I ordered and online order today. 6 subs in total. My pickup time was supposed to be 12:51. We waited for almost an hour for our subs. HOWEVER, the 3 employees were absolutely amazing! Never once taking a break the entire time. Very professional and sweet. The sandwiches were as ordered and tasted fantastic. Even under the pressure of a "Karen", it didn't faze them.. Will absolutely be back! You guys ROCKED it out today.
