I usually rave about how clean this franchise is, but the other day I went in and watched an employee come from cleaning the bathroom and just put gloves on without washing her hands. Then, as she began making subs for the lady in front of me, I witnessed her touch and re-adjust her mask with her gloves and continue touching the food. This mask had been collecting her saliva, sneezes, coughs and not to mention all the cleaning supplies from the bathroom she just walked out of. I had to leave and I doubt I'll be returning to this location anytime soon.
If you order online they will keep pushing your order to the back of their to do list until there are literally no more customers in the store despite the quote time you are given for it to be completed. My wife waited over 30 min past the completion time and they still hadn't even started working on it despite that fact they weren't even that busy! The jersey Mike's in Okatie is much better and more accommodating!
The man with the long hair was on his phone with gloves on then stopped texting then made my sandwich with the same gloves touched everything idk how you guys allowed this it was 5-6 employees the but the meet cutter was nasty as ever
Nice large portion subs with fresh bread and ingredients.
Counter was very messy and knife was very dirty, 5 or more employees and they all look confused. Order was made incorrect. Continue to use the same gloves slicer was very nasty with meats from prior orders
Both my husband and I got sick after eating here today. Unless you would like food poisoning, eat somewhere else.
They will remember what you order.
Sub was ok. Kids liked what they got. Cheesesteak and a turkey. Roll got soggy fast. Not like the good Italian rolls up in Jersey.
This is a great place to eat and I love your subs! My only complaint is I placed an order on the app for delivery. One of my items were missing. I tried calling the store several times over a course of an hour with no response. No one would even answer the phone. I understand your busy and probably short staffed along with everyone else. However, within an hour someone shld have been able to at least answer the phone and place me on hold or take a message. A little disappointed about this
They're always jamming every time I go in. Even when they have a line at the door and the phone's ringing they give fast courteous service and great sandwiches!
