Good hot food every time I pull up
Emily M was our server today. We had a party of 20+ and she made sure our food was correct and our drinks was full she then took another party and two or three other tables while dealing with us and never lacked. Not sure where ihop would be without her because it seemed like the other serves didn’t want to take tables. We really enjoyed ourself.
Our large group of 24 went to IHOP and were immediately seated altogether. Emily was amazing! She took our orders promptly and we were served so quickly. Everything went so smoothly and compared with other breakfast restaurants that have served us, this was the best overall!
On 4.23.22 at 10:30am my wife, son and myselft decided to enjoy IHOP. There Wes a line of people to get in. However, the hostess took charge and started seating everyone in a matter of minutes. She sat us bear the back corner. It wasn't any surprise that they were short staffed, (everywhere there is a shortage of staff so patience goes a long way) so I was expecting a few hiccups here and there.We were greeted by our waitress Danielle. Very friendly and professional. Considering she had all the right reasons to be upset, she wasn't at all. She was waiting on 7 tables who pretty much came in all at the same time. She did it all with a friendly smile and did not loose her cool at all.She took everyone's drink order at the same time as yo not have anyone experience any wait. She came back in a matter of minutes with everyones drinks/coffee/water at the same time. She placed them all on a table nearby and started handing them out. It was as if it was one big party of 25 individuals. Took everyone's order at the same time, so no one would feel left out. Was very polite throughout it all. Very attentive.This waitress could've easily used the excuse that we are short staffed to demonstrate a poor attitude. Instead she made us all feel welcomed. Believe me we have been to many IHOPS before and that has not been the case!IHOP is extremely lucky to have someone like Danielle on their team. She is definitely a blessing!Thank you Danielle for making my family feel great! The seeds you so now will reap a great and abundant harvest!!
Went to iHop for a birthday dinner… extremely disappointed in the service. Two of us walked into the restaurant (empty except one table) and asked for a table of 7. We were told no, with the only explanation being “we don’t take parties more than 5.” We should have just left then and taken our business elsewhere, but 4 of us sat together hoping the other 3 in our party would be seated at any of the empty tables surrounding us. Instead, they were placed at a booth across a barrier, and the servers refused to let any of us move to any of the EMPTY tables nearby.
I had the most bizarre experience ever at IHOP tonight. The hostess met us at the door and told us they only had one waitress working and that they were only seating two people at a table, there were three of us. So would we have been seated had we split up? Will never know because we left. IHOP was never my favorite place to eat but I will never go back.
It was good and awesomebut the rice is too dry but the chicken ir one of its kind thank you who ever cooked it
The food was great but they have a SEVERE lack of help. We couldn't even be seated in the restaurant because there was only one chef, who was training... The ladies up front were accommodating but you can tell they are tired and irritated about what's going on. I don't know how any of them will make money if they don't allow any seating.
Emily waited on my daughter & me at lunchtime the last day of February. She was friendly, polite and very prompt. My daughter wanted to come here & I came along reluctantly. We both decided we wanted breakfast & it was served up quick and everything was prepared as we requested.All staff that we came into contact with were very friendly. I'm not a big fan of Denny's or iHop-type places, but I was very happy with the service as well as the food preparation. I'm sorry that I forgot to take photos because they food looked as good as it tasted!
We had 3 kids and 2 adults and they just told us they aren’t accepting an more than 4 people because they are short staff. Not even a wait time was even offered, and there was a Table of 6 sitting at a table and that was all the people in the whole place. Would never return and unless you want to get rejected, don’t even waste your time here.
