Good location for a quick drive thru and who doesn't like Duncan's coffee
My wife just went thru the drive thru. Ordered 1 old fashion , 1 jelly donut and two cruellers , the cruellers were so stale we couldn’t eat them. Seems like everything in town has gone to the dogs including Duncan donutsToday we went thru the drive thru again. Old fashions were inedible. I don’t know what going on with this place but we won’t be back
Drive thru is a long line, decided to come inside to put my order which is easy, while waiting for my order people coming in for orders no problem, then people getting their orders and leave while me still waiting for my food order. So, finally I asked the lady at the counter where is my order, I have been waiting for a while..she check it and stating I have to wait due of my order was given to other customer, she said they making me a new order....I wait .I wait still nothing I asked the lady at the counter again...she check it and came back they making it right now, I was in shock I told her the've been making it for a while now. What is going on? Making bkfast sandwhich does not take 30 mins to make?finally, After whinning a little bit I got it. But my appetite is gone and I am very disappointed for the Dunkin Donut employees lack of communication to each other. Need 1 person standing to overlook everyorders so that it will run very smoothly. Be just like Chickfillet always in order, running very smooth for the service and communication.
Very inconsistent in making there coffee. Really makes me mad that I pay OVER $6. for a coffee and sometimes it's perfect and sometimes it is far from perfect. START BEING MORE CONSISTENT ON YOUR PUMPS OF SYRUP!!!

My wife went through the drive thru this morning to get donuts. Much to her surprise, at 6:35 AM, there were no donuts! When she asked how Dunkin Donuts didn't have donuts...the reply was "Nobody baked them". And she was told there should be some available around 9:00AM. How in the world can this be the answer? Shipping delays would have been understood considering the current situation...but "nobody baked them"!!! Seriously, the owner of this store needs to get engaged and fix this mess!
Twice I lost my place in the long drive through line trying to pick up Uber orders because they have a sign out front that says mobile orders only for inside the lobby however each time I try to go inside the lobby they tell me that I have to go through the drive-throughThey really need to put Specific information if it’s going to be like that

Staff was very unaware we were there at first,then when we sat down to eat,all we could hear is the staff swearing and discussing inappropriate subjects. Definitely not suitable for a work type banter and at a volume level that any customer can easily hear.
Food quality is average. Food service is extraordinarily slow. Drive through menu is not lit up and obscured by moisture making it useless for ordering in the early morning or late evening.
