Right now, the manager is running a $13.99 promotion on all large specialty pizzas. As long as this continues, I am committed to buying pizza every week.The service is great, the staff is super friendly, and the pizza is the best in the entire Burton area!! And it’s super quick. Definitely my favorite non-gourmet pizza place. And you know what? I can’t afford gourmet every week, but I can sure afford this! We look forward to it every Friday night!!Edit… just saw all the other bad reviews! Yikes. Sorry they’ve not had the experience I’ve had, I have definitely not had to wait longer than maybe 15 mins for a pizza from the time I place the order online… but I don’t do delivery so I don’t know! Takeout has been right on time!
Absolutely horrible place. Do not order from here. It took them 2+ hours to deliver our food not even 3 miles away. When we called to question the issue they said they “didn’t know where the driver was and that they would have to remake our order.” We called back 30 minutes later still with no delivery and we’re threatened over the phone by one of the drivers. We had to drive to the store to get a refund at which point the manager wasn’t much better. She continued ignoring not only us but everyone else waiting on their food.Waste of time do not order from here. On a previous occasion they never got the food right either.
My husband and I ordered 3 hours ago. Our food never came, the tracker still said out for delivery, it’s said that for 2 hours. So I called and was on hold for yet another hour, they finally picked up and I asked why we never got our food, they said the driver tried to call us ( they didn’t) and we didn’t answer so he brought the food back to the store. Asked if we could pick it up, the MANAGER said no because they’re about to close. Then said you being hungry is not my problem so unprofessional never ordering from them again.
If I could give them a zero today I would! This is horrible how the business is running! As I was told by the manager Erica that there's only herself and one other employee and a pizza can't get delivered within an hour! Who would want to eat that non fresh pizza sitting up under a light for a period of time! Then there's nothing to compensate your regular customers when an issue like this occurs! Why would I spend my money there and get horrible service!
This place disgusted me to the fullest! No gloves is so unsanitary! Then the girl tells me dominos don’t require us to wear gloves! Wait what? So when I told her to remake my food over but with gloves then it’s o we don’t have any!! I will not recommend anyone to eat at this establishment EVER!!!! The guy that was there was just as bad!!! He got off the phone and went straight to making a pizza! Yuck!!! I almost threw up in the lobby! Never again!!Carmen smalls
Ordered several times now and they only have one driver available. They immediately make your order and then it set for an hour before delivery. Pizza arrives so cold the cheese is congealed. My last order I had to microwave just to warm it up. And the most they will do for you is 20% off your next order. Avoid this place at all costs.
Tonight, December 27, 2001, we ordered a pizza at exactly 8;01 PM. It is, now, 11:24 and nothing. It's a mile from here. After an hour, we called and were told there were about "three or four ahead of us". Online still showed they hadn't started making it. About an hour ago, it showed it was in "quality control", something like that. We, still, haven't seen it at this moment, 11:20 PM. No phone calls. Nothing! We know there's employment shortages and the rest of it but there is NEVER an excuse for totally failing to inform your customers or for lying to them. Sorry! :(
This Dominos has gone from BAD to WORSE. Waited for my order 3 hrs before I called. They told me 20 more mins and took another 1 1/2. When I called the 2nd time after 4hrs to ask what happened because no one contacted me to tell me about the delay, the woman who answered gave me more excuses and hanged up on me. The time before that,I made another reorder and took 3 hrs for them to deliver my order and messed up too. They did not bring all the pizzas. Needless to say another hr passed before they showed up. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
Me and my husband just ordered pasta and wings, the order has said quality check for the past hour it and it has been about 2 and a half hours and our order is still not delivered. We called the and they were about to put us on hold after holding forever. The worker said we will not receive our food for another 30 to 45 minutes. Definitely will not order from this place again. Update:it was 4 hours before we finally got our order, it was almost 2 hours after we had called before we finally got our order and our food was not even hot.
Order pizza to be delivered to me online and when I came back to check on the status. It says my order is cancel. For what? Call the dominos number that call me to ask why my order was cancel. The manager tells me that she didn't know if I wanted my pizza that I asked to be delivered to me still delivered to me when I never called to complain about lateness in the first place. Ask me if I want to come pick a pizza that I asked to be delivered to me up if I still want the pizza. Waste gas to come pick the pizza up because I didn't pick up my phone, not because the pizza was at my door waiting for me even though I said to leave it at the door and didn't pick up the phone but because there deliver driver can only carry 4 pizzas at a time. Who cares just give me my pizza. Then at the end of the call tells me even if I was to try and put in a order I wouldn't be able to get my food. What possess the manager to cancel my order in the first place. She said company policy said she can. We will find out.
