It’s good they take your order and cancel an hour later real class here!
I’m so disappointed I drove 14 miles because I’m on the island I ordered two Brooklyn style 14” pizzas with two toppings pepperoni and bacon. I got two 8” pepperoni pizzas that were so dry and hard I’m definitely going to have heartburn until the 4th of July.Gas is wayyyy too high to drive back. I’m very disappointed
I wouldn't give them not even a half a star. Placed an order for a luncheon at 8:30am to be delivered at 1. Got a phone call at 1pm that they were going to be another 3, yes 3 hours to deliver. I spoke to the manager who basically didn't care at all. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS DOMINOS OR ANY DOMINOS EVER AGAIN!!! THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! Try to call corprate office and there phone is not connected at this time. WHAT A JOKE!!!
Upon arriving to pay and pick up my phone order, (Dec 2021)there were so many health code violations, I pressed to speak to upper management who was over the person claiming to be the manager of the store. Over the course of roughly 4 hours I finally met face-to-face with that person, but by then I had already contacted the health department because I was not getting a respectful response to my concerns. The upper management person was rude and disrespectful and could not have cared about the health concerns, cared about his bottom line only. The only way to stop this business is to keep reporting violations.
We ordered 3 pizzas, 2 salads, and some boneless chicken tonight. The poor manager is working there completely by herself while the order pile up and our food is late by over an hour. The pizzas were not terrible, but not great, and the pizza boxes are completely covered in grease. The cheese pizza we ordered was not even sliced. The prepackaged salads we were given are ALMOST 10 DAYS EXPIRED and smell awful. I tried to call the store but the manager is completely ignoring the phone. I tried to the global customer service safety life and it hangs up on you when you select the option for the safety hotline. DO NOT EAT FROM HERE. If the salads are this expired, what else is expired coming out of this store.
So I truly HATE to write bad reviews but this one is about SAFETY! My daughter and I ordered 3 pizzas, 2 Cesar salads and chicken wings from Beaufort lady’s island dominoes tonight and after the order being over an hour late, no one answering the phone, the manager who was the only one working finally got the order. To then get home and discover the grease from the pizzas was LEAKING out of the boxes … the pizzas weren’t cut and the two chicken Cesar salads were 10 DAYS PAST EXPIRED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When my poor son opened his salad I could SMELL the STENCH coming from the rotting chicken and lettuce.After calling the store 12 times I gave upAnd tried the national dominoes safety hotline which then HANGS UP ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot believe this place is allowed to operate and serve food! Please please be careful when eating anything from here- in fact please DONT eat from here! If my son had eaten those salads we would have been in the ER tonight.
This place is horrible for delivering on time. And they won’t answer the phone. Very poor service. I won’t use this location again.
Ordered pizza at 6:18 for delivery, at about 7 the tracker said my order had been completed, but our food wasn’t there it’s been 3 hours. They’re under-staffed and all the employees are slow. They only have 1 cashier, 1 cook and 2 delivery drivers on a Friday night ……
Ordered food early enough to have delivered before they got busy and husband had to go to the store 2.5 hours later when food wasn’t delivered. When husband went to the store he was told by the manager that it wasn’t delivered bc they only had one driver (2.5 hours later) and then tried to give him the cold food. Will NOT be back and this is very unprofessional!
They canceled our order an hour after we placed it. We tried calling and there was no answer. So we went to Piace Pizza. Best choice ever, thanks Dominos.
