Its a great place i had a great Chocolate dipped ice cream Today on my 37th Birthday when they thought my young Daughters ice cream cone was just chocolate it suppose to be Vanilla cone but they gave it back the chocolate cone not dipped and gave my daughter young one a new vanilla cone .!!!
I had the best experience today with Dairy Queen. I will drive to lady’s island far more frequently now just to get Dairy Queen and the amazing customer service. They were kind, patience, understanding. The owner Jojo introduced herself to me and everything. Typically my family eats out once a week. This is our new go to! Clean and good quality food AND service!
Ever since JOJO took over, I've seen a GREAT improvement over the Quality of the Staff and the FOOD!The Staff smile at you and they actually LIKE working there. One night JoJo was off but you wouldn't know it because everything ran with the same precision. The young blonde who came to the window was just as courteous. I'm impressed!A much better improved restaurant than it has been in the past. ???????If I were not still having Back issues, I would work part-time with this Crew just to be of a WINNING TEAM!!
New owners, fantastic service. Fresh food prepared quickly! Who can argue with cherry dilly bars? Very quick to inquire about services provided and made any issue right if there was an actual issue. Very kind and family friendly atmosphere. If you happen to be in the area, stop and support the local business owner and get a wonderful ice cream. This has become our favorite place to stop when in the area!
I took my grandson yesterday for ice cream after school. Most pleasant and efficient visit I’ve had at a take out window in a long time. JoJo was at the window and let me tell you, she has the most amazing personality and was extremely efficient. Y’all need to give this lady a raise! Even the blizzards had more flavor than usual! Was a great experience.
The two ladies working in dairy Queen were doing all they could do to serve your order in a timely manner and get it to you while it was hot and fresh. They were courteous and professional. The reason for these three stars, is that the leadership needs to start reinvesting some money into the building, the bathroom had tried to been clean but it is just in poor condition, the soda machine was broken, it's a shame that they won't reinvest some of their profits into keeping the building nice
Worst experience with any establishment ever! The manager/owner was AWFUL and gave us a hard time about everything. First he gave me a hard time when I was ordering. Then we ordered a hotdog kids meal with a banana instead of fries and it comes with a drink and treat. He gave us fries and fought with us over giving our son a drink like we ordered—because he got a banana. Finally he got a milk but we had to ask two or three times for the banana we ordered. THEN the guy gives us an all out fight over getting our son’s ice cream which COMES WITH THE KIDS MEAL—because he got a banana ??♀️??? To make matters worse, the hotdogs were discolored looking (not the normal pink a hotdog normally is. The outside was very brown—a color I’ve never seen on a hotdog— and the inside was pink). I would stay FAR from this restaurant! They need to read their own menu and make sure their hotdogs are fresh! It’s not MY fault he rang it up wrong or got it confused. We have an 8 year old and have been ordering kids meals from DQ for years. I know how they work. It’s sad that this restaurant has been ruined. I’ve been coming here since I was a little girl but never again!
I’ve been coming to this Dairy Queen a lot recently and it’s because of the consistent exceptional customer service here. They’re all very warming and welcoming when I come in. Moe, greeting me at the front counter and I finish my order with a smile on my face because of his magnetic personality. I love it here!
The Owners and Staff are extremely generous and kind! I wish all restaurants would have there attitude and gratitude! The Food and Ice cream are delicious!!
Experienced by far the best customer ever at Dairy Queen this past Sunday evening while picking up an order. Manager Jojo and Mo were very understanding, patient, and welcoming as they explained the process. It was quite refreshing to experience their upbeat personalities.
