The CHILD that works there which is the daughter of the owner is down right rude as ever on the phone and in person. My wife called at 8:50 pm asking if it was to late to order because on google it said they close at 9:30 she said it was wrong and no she couldn’t order we live 5 min away so I callled and was able to order once I arrived @ 9:05 other ppl were waiting on their orders family owned business or not teach your kids how to properly answer a phone especially a business phone and greet ppl to have a good or great review and a returning customer
This place has horrible customer service is very very dirty and unclean because of the location where they are located at they feel like they do not have to have proper customer service and treat their community in a proper manner I would not feed this food to my dog
Service was terrible. Daughter kept answering the phone while I stood there waiting on my food. No customer service experience at all. Chicken always fried hard. They need to learn to change there grease in the fryers. Chicken tasted old. I would not recommend eating there.
I had been craving lo mein noodle for several weeks and made the mistake of going to another location in Beaufort by a Parkers near the Broad River Bridge. I paid close to $12 for a tiny batch of hard, dry noodles. Then I went to China Wok, and all was right with the world! It was EXACTLY the flavor profile that my mouth was craving! I wasn't sure what size to get, so I got the large which was enough for my early dinner, my later dinner and my lunch for the next day. China Wok is where I'll be going from now on.
Who ever took my order on the phone, was very rude! Hung up on me before she took my name for pickup. When I went there to pick up my order, she was still very rude. My first time ordering there and I will never, ever order food from there again!! The food was not good. The inside of the restaurant looked like trashy. I'm definitely going to spread the word about my experience and thoughts about China Wok. Never, Never again!!
Save your money, food served for take out seemed old did not taste fresh
I love this place I always order from there its kinda funny everytime I call to order something they are ready know who is calling and I don't need to tell them what I want they know my favorite it ❤???
I was extremely unhappy with the food the shrimp I got was extremely mushy and the restaurant smelled horrible that should have been my red flag but I decided to give them a shot I’m not the normal person that will leave a review but this was a bad experience maybe it was the wrong day but I am just sharing my experience
Better than China dragon, the rice was delicious, and you get a lot for the price
