This place never fails to amaze me with how organized the drive through is. You can go right across the street to McDonald’s and wait 15 minutes for 3 people or you can go to Chick-fil-A. I went around 9am and it was pretty busy, both lanes were being used. Took me exactly 5 minutes from pulling into the drive through to leaving with my meal and that was partially due to someone in front of me having a complicated order.
They seem very well organized. Easy order in the drive thru, paid by cash, cashier located ahead and also outside of building. Easy pick up, associate brought out, curbside. Still waiting on for sandwiches. She hustled orders out as they came, multi tasking. We waited a few more minutes after our drinks. One car ahead of us still waiting, and others completed behind our car and left. They had drinks and or ice cream only. We ordered a full meal and was not disappointed even though we drove to our hotel room to eat, 5 minutes away. Thank you!
Chick-fil-A's everywhere are going down in food service and on a small part customer service. When I pulled into the drive thru, the youngster was jaw jackin with his co-worker instead of greeting me and getting my order correct. Once I received my order my fries were burnt and crunchy. When asked for fresh fries, I received hot burnt soggy fries. I believe a changing of the grease needs to happen ASAP. It's like as long as the chicken is good, who cares about the rest. So disappointed. Service at the window was great.
The food and service was phenomenal but the way the manager on duty talked to her employees was very unsettling. She was very rude and disrespectful to her employees with customers in earshot. We ended up taking our food to go because we were uncomfortable.
Drive thru was packed so I went in to order. I was greeted as soon as I entered the lobby. I placed my order with ease and received my food very quickly.
Always consistently great! Their drive thru line is really epic. I had the hash brown bowl, which was really good, but the hash browns were a bit soggy. With that said I left less hungry than I waswhen I got there. Yum!
I visited Chick-fil-A yesterday The guy seemed to be uninterested and taking my order and then he got it wrong I want a chicken grilled salad instead he puts a sandwich Needless to say I was very upset Then I get home and I get a Southwestern spicy salad that I do not like it. I will give them one more try to get it right next time but Chick-fil-A do better
Chick-fil-A used to be the number one place to go for chicken sandwich. Now I have gotten just okay meals. The chicken is cooked hard and the bread is not soft. The chicken also is downsized so that it does not feel the bun. I find this to be true of the chicken biscuit as well. The service is still exceptional. The staff is friendly. The wait time for your meal is still less than any other fast food chain.
I do doordash and always have the worst experience here, but today was the day I realized it’s not even worth it. I initially went inside because the line went down the street, 20 minutes after I tell them I’m there for pick up, they tell me I have to go through the drive through. So I do, they tell me they have the order and I’m good to go, I get up to the window and they said they didn’t have the order as they were telling me the customers name. Crazy. Then the girl managing the line was incredibly rude and ignorant and needless to say, don’t order door dash here because they won’t even get you the food.
Great customer service. A little skimpy on the fries sometimes but overall great food and nothing is ever forgotten. I don't ever have to check my bag because i know it's all there! Thank you.
