It’s been literally over a year or more since I’ve eaten Burger King.. and if I ever go back will be too soon! This is ridiculous… I only got 4 onion rings …that were so hard, I couldn’t even eat them. And the fries … well just look at them! My sandwhich was horrible.. if we get food poisoning, I won’t be surprised! I guess this is why I don’t ever eat there! ?

Absolutely the worst! Arguing with customers! Computer systems failing...and the stores are always rundown! Customer service the worst and to make matters worse, the food is cold
Staff was rude and called out my order number before my food was ready, and then was annoyed when I came up to get it. Food was cold. Ice machine was out of ice and soda was flat. Not a good visit.

I had the BK fish sandwich with onion rings. The sandwich was delicious, while the onion rings were not good.

I was screamed at by the manager at BK in Port Royal SC, as I waited at the window at the drive through for my correct order.he used profanity, and screamed at me for waiting at the window, no one was on line but me. this happened at 2:00pm on 12/28/21
Terrible customer service. Literally every single time I go there, they are so rude. Not once have I went and got everything I ordered and paid for...
