Attempted to get lunch today. There were a couple of cars in front of me. And when it was my turn to place my order I was told that she would be with me As soon as she got back inside. She had left her microphone on so I could hear everything that was going on and evidently DoorDash takes precedence over all other customers. I waited another five minutes and finally asked when they were planning to take my order and she explained well when DoorDash comes they need to be taken care of right away. So number one it shouldn’t take that long to take care of DoorDash if the orders already sitting there waiting to be picked up and two, if it was not ready then she could’ve continue taking orders from other customers until then. And three why is the person taking the orders for drive-through taking care of DoorDash there should be other employees that can take care of DoorDash so the person taking the orders through drive-through can continue to take orders if you’re not allowing people just come into the restaurant that’s fine that means you’re going to have even more people in the drive-through those are customers are paying customers and they should be treated with the same respect as DoorDash. So needless to say I didn’t stick around to see how much longer it was going to take I took my money elsewhere and spent it someplace else where customer all customers are treated better.

When visiting Beaufort from out of town on 5/14/22, I pulled up at BK for dinner with the expectations to order-in and take-out. Before walking in, I noticed that there were no cars at the drive-thru, no cars parked outside the restaurant, and it did not look like anyone was in the restaurant; mind you it was about 7pm. Courageously, I still parked and went in; and the restaurant doors were open. When I was walking in, a female employee was walking out, another female employee popped out of the restroom, and while I got to the counter, another female employee came from the kitchen to take my order. Also, the place had a bad smell in it. It was not a grill smell, it was more like a bad plumbing smell. She did not give me a warm greeting, her first response to me was, "We don't have numbers 1-7 and 11-14". I was confused. I asked her what did she mean by that. Her second sentence was, "We don't have any meat in the restaurant." She said that at best, I can get some chicken nuggets. Nuggets was not my intentions to come into the restaurant. With nuggets being my only option, I quickly left the restaurant and went to Chick-Fil-A across the street. Yes, BK did lose my dollars and a customer being ill-prepared. This is not the workers' fault, but I am pointing the finger at management for not having proper supplies ready. Please do not complain that the truck was late or off-schedule. That is not an excuse during dinner hours. The only question that needs to be answered, is why was the restaurant "open" if they did not have any meat in a hamburger place? What were they expecting to sell? This is the first burger place I have been in that told me about not having meat in the restaurant. Thanks for the experience.

If I could give a zero I would. The staff was rude and combative when I asked for refund they refused. I went inside and felt like the cashier was going to punch me in my face. Honestly every BK in Beaufort County needs cooperate to come and see what's going on. The one on Hilton Head is jus as bad... And neither location has a working shake maker. Everyone there today was rude and I thought I was going to have to defend myself...sad world were living. Employess ready to fight because they hate their jobs.

Horrible employees. My husband went in there tonight, before 11pm (because the sign says they close at 11pm on the door), and the door was unlocked. Two employees were cussing at him asking him “why was he in there and telling him he needed to get the hell out because they were closed.” I would never recommend this Burger King ever!!

Worst service ever. I placed order online in effort to be quicker through line. I waited 40 minutes in drive thru in waiting to even get to speaker. When I get to speaker they ask me to wait longer. I finally get to window to find out there are only two people working. Kuddos to the manager and employee there, but at what point do you say enough instead of having angry patrons. I was 20 minutes late from lunch back to work. On the bright side food was good.

I'm only giving one star because I can't give any lower. I walk in, wait five minutes at counter, then drive in person says counter closed, drive in only. No one at the drive in but won't take my order. Go outside, get into my car and go to drive thru. Wait five minutes to be told that they're out of Whoppers. You should avoid this place and go to McDonald's like I did.

Came to this burger King for breakfast on way to work they had no ice coffee at 8:30 in the morning and as we sit at the window for over 5 minutes to pay for our food the lady finally opens the window and says we don't have any croissants all because I say really to get her attention to pay for our food. Now I'm not a racist person but when someone of another race does this its wrong and they shouldn't be aloud to work In public let alone fat food. She done this to us because I interrupted her while she was talking instead of doing her job.

I ordered my husband's sandwiches plain, ketchup only as he is allergic to mayo. He had the adacity to try to scrape the mayo and lettuce off then put ketchup on it! If I hadn't of checked it, my husband could have gotten deathly sick! The manager was amazing! The girl at the window was the nicest person I've ever encountered there. The boy who was cooking really needs to pay attention to orders, and go back to school to learn the severity of allergies.

Came to the drive through and was told to hold a second. Waited for a long time. Finally said something and was answered like they didn't know I was there. Ordered and drove to the window and the worker was eating. Once I got my food it was cold.

Why say you open at 6 AM and not be open. It's always that same lady. Went there yesterday same time at 6:35AM no problem with the other lady that open. I sat in the drive thru almost 30 min while this lady had a full blown conversation on the phone, hearing it thru the drive thru speaker. So I decided to circle the building, she outside smoking a cig while on the phone and blowing her nose with a headset on. Trust I felt like she wasn't going to wash her hands so I just left. If you don't want to work and open the store on time, don't bother waking up in the morning
