We placed an order here for boneless wings earlier in afternoon. Unfortunately, the entire order came to us raw. Completely uncooked in the inside. My guess is that the temp was off on the oil and that the wings “fried” but not all the way through. Thankfully, we worked with a great member of staff. The hospitality manager took ownership of the mistake and remedied the situation. I feel like this was a one-off experience that probably won’t happen again. The manager convinced me that we can trust to eat here again, 5/5

The experience here is amazing it’s like going to see friends you haven’t seen in a while, I am extremely impressed with the communication and comfort I felt. I’m sold thank you for the experience you gave me .

Wait for food was roughly 2.5 hours, and the way online ordering is setup, you don’t get the wait time until after you pay. Not great for expectation management. I will gladly eat the food which I’m sure will be delicious whenever I receive it, but I wouldn’t have purchased had I known the wait would be so long. (Note: I know staffing is short so this is not a complaint on staff—they’re probably doing great—-just suggesting online ordering be more transparent).

Visiting from out of state. Placed a to go today 1/27 around 7pm to find out it will take an hour and 20 min to be ready. Waited, then my phone’s app said order was ready. Walked inside restaurant, and the order was being “bagged”. 16 min later still waiting. Asked again, told 2 more minutes. 20 minutes later I’m handed my food. I open to check the order and the fries are already cold and stale. The quesadilla’s are soggy. It just makes no sense that I waited so long for cold food. & there was plenty of employees!

Absolutely the worst Buffalo Wild Wings experience I've ever had, and one of the worst experiences I've had in general at a restaurant. The list of negative things that happened...1) We asked for a booth. Only 2 of them were occupied in the regular dining area (which we should've recognized as a sign of how bad this place is because it was a Saturday night and not busy at all). After looking confused at the seating chart, the host asked if a table would work. We said sure.2) We were told they were out of several items for appetizers - fried pickles, tortilla chips, tater tots, french fries, mozzarella sticks. So we settled for cheese curds. Those, the celery, and the beer was the best part of the meal unfortunately.3) My wings were extremely dry with bits of feathers still sticking off some of them. I am typically not one to complain, so I ate what I could of the flats that looked a bit better than the drums.4) They shorted my husband 5 wings on his order so we had to wait on someone to ask for the 5 more. They ended up tasting OK but definitely weren't normal b-dubbs quality.5) We did not get silverware. We asked for it when we were given our food and did not receive it. We waited almost 10 minutes and then asked our server when she came over to check on us and we asked for the rest of the wings. She said she would bring it. She came back about 5 minutes later and said they didn't have any clean silverware, or any takeout plastic silverware. This was on a Saturday night at 8pm! We had to wait a other 5-10 minutes for silverware. The whole experience was laughable because of how ridiculous it was. But also extremely disappointing and shocking that a restaurant could be ran so poorly and still manage to be open.P.S. The 1 star is for the waitress who was very friendly and doing her best, and who had to continually apologize for things that were out of her control. The restaurant itself gets ZERO stars. If you're looking for wings in Beaufort, try somewhere else!

My husband met a colleague in Buffalo Wild Wings today in Beaufort. He ordered me a to-go mild wings and celery. The wings were NOT mild and the celery is old and slimy. This dinner was not even edible. I can't believe someone would actually put this celery in someone's order. Very disappointing.

I went to Buffalo wild wings with my family to order a burger. I ordered the avocado bacon burger and managed to get a wrong burger. The waiter that was going with us or handling our table decided to tell me that it would take 5 minutes that it was poorly made when it was obviously the wrong burger and after 15 minutes and watching other food come out I ended up leaving without getting anything to eat. Don't come here if you're looking to get something that you actually ordered

Terrible all the way round. So slow when no business. My friends & my kid got their food while my gal & I watched them eat & finish their meal. About 10mins after my friends finished their meal is when my food finally came out but just mine & it was cold I may add. The manager finally came to speak with us. Offered us very little off our bill & mind u we r still waiting on my girls dinner. Which arrived at the time we were ready to leave. If this is how they run a restaurant it's not gonna go much further. Peeps go out to eat to enjoy themselves. We definitely did not enjoy our time out. Definitely not coming back. Is it just me or is every dining experience anywhere terrible these days.

Brisket sandwich had onions on it, specifically said no onions. Wanted tots instead of fries, was given fries. Bun was hard enough to play hockey with.
