Ordered beef and cheddar meal with mozzarella sticks ask for marinara sauce was told it was in bag confirmed 2 sauces were in bag I was given 2 barbecue sauces. beef and cheddar had no red ranch roast beef sliced way too thick whole sandwich full of cheese all over as soon as I open the sandwich very disappointed as a former employee I know the standards and I expect better.
If I could give a negative 5 I would. There was a very long line in the drive through. I waited for at least 30 minutes, could have been longer. I don't know how many people was working inside but she was doing one car at a time. Example: car pulls up, orders the food, drives to the window and pays receives their food then she goes to the next car. I'm not exaggerating either. When it was my turn I ordered the beef and cheddar. She asked if I wanted the red sauce and I replied no. Then she asked the same question four more times. All 5 questions were the same "no thank you " By this time I was so frustrated, I said never mind and went to Zaxby's. I will never go back to Arby's again. Terrible people working there.
all in all it was ok. but the fries were old and they had no sweet tea, which is a staple for a southern state. but other than that it was ok
They sorry as hell. Literally refused to give my driver extra sauce when asked. I Would’ve payed but I was disrespected. They also DO NOT answer their phones. And AGAIN NEVER EXTRA SAUCE WHEN ASKED. Waste.
No shakes cold fries cold jalapeno poppers sandwich was good. Won't go back for a while see if they step it up.
Always a long wait, but I love beef & cheddars and jamocha shakes.
The hours for the restaurant have been very odd lately. When I am able to catch them open with their machines working the food is good.
The girls at the drive through, front counter and kitchen were overwhelmed and understaffed yet they got my order correct and seemingly went out of their way to apologize for the wait. I own Mobil 1 Lube Express on Lady's Island and these people are doing their best with the cards they were dealt. Adam Davis/Owner
Higher rating than I generally give a fast-food place, but....they were friendly, fast, and the Diablo chicken sandwich was really good. Not too spicy, but great flavor!
Got a number one beef and cheddar half pound. They didn't put any cheddar or sauce on it.
