It’s generally not that bad but this time around my experience was incredibly frustrating. Upon arriving at the window after repeating my order multiple times, (I guess they couldn’t hear it well or something?) I discovered that my order was almost completely wrong. I explained that I was charged for an extra large drink that I didn’t order and that my meal was incorrect to the 2-3 people in the window at the time and they just kind of stared at me as if I was stupid. There was one gentlemen inside that did offer to give me $3 for the drink I was charged for, but despite offering to give the food back in order to have the meal made correctly, it was never fixed. I ended up just leaving at this point because the ordeal took up almost my whole lunch break, and I had to get back to work. I feel like this location could be a lot better, and probably get more business if they took the time to ensure orders were correct.
Went inside Ordered to go 2 salads and 4 big Zax snacks. Waited 30 minutes to get the food. After the first 15 minutes I asked could they check on my order, they was not even working on my order yet. After a few minutes the cooks put up 2 salads and 4 zax snacks. The cashiers were steady taking orders so I asked if they could bag my food before they took anymore orders. Well come to find out that wasn’t my order it was an online order. At that point I asked to speak to the manager. I was surprised that this was during lunch and the manager was not up on the floor. Her excuse was they had new people… ok more reason why she should be on the floor. So I asked her why the drive thru orders were steady going out but nothing in the dining room. Evidently there are cooks specifically for the drive thru and the other cooks are for dine in, take out, online, door dash and grub hub. And if an online order comes in it takes priority over dine in and take out. When I finally got the food she (the manager) left out the dressing so when I told her she said she put it in the bag, I had to pull all the food back out of the bags to show her I still needed dressing. Will try my best not to go to this Zaxbys again.
They were out of all soft drinks. The tea was super hot… the lady working the drive through was either having a bad day or just plain rude.
I still love the salad but you get half what you used to seriously you could go to a sit-down restaurant and get a salad for the same price and at least your plate is full. I haven't ate any of the salad yet, and it's half gone!
Pathetic Management is ruining this place.We came in on 3/27/22 to dine in after being told we couldn't be served at Popeyes due to staffing. Well this place was just as bad except they actually had people. They were just out of everything, slaw, fries, and the coke machine was broke lol. They would rather turn customers away then walk across the street to Walmart or Publix and get some crinkle cut fries. This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of in my life. I don't care for their excuses about corporate either. I've worked in the restaurant business for years. Sometimes you do what you got to do to satisfy your customers. Managers need balls and these folk clearly have none.Wife tried the drive through on the 3rd or April and they were again out of everything. We just writing this place off for good.
Omg the fries here suck! So bad that if you pinch them they turn back into a mashed potato. The wings are salty and the chicken fingers are done ok but the best thing about their plate is the toast and it’s still somewhat soggy. I would not recommend eating here at all.
This place was nice, clean. A little slow for the people inside and in the drive thru. But really this review is about the chicken sandwich. Now I love the tenders and the wings so I had high hopes that the sandwich would be just as good. Sadly, though it isn't bad, just doesn't compete with its neighbors chick fil a or Popeyes. If you want a sandwich specifically, pick the others. But if you want zaxbys well, welcome back!
What happened to the Zaxby’s club? The signature club sucks! It’s not a club , it’s a freaking chicken filet sandwich. Plus, they didn’t even put bacon or cheese on the one we ordered. If you’re smart, bring back the old club!
went to this location on Saturday, Feb. 26th at around 1:30PM. When we got there there was a line around the building in the drive-thru. Inside there were people standing all around holding order numbers. Some said they had been waiting 45 minutes for their food. There was one girl taking orders, three girls standing around the counter not doing a thing, and two cooks in the back. Horrible inefficient and obviously poor management. We left instead of waiting for almost an hour for our "fast food." All zaxby's seem to be getting this way. Unfortunate as they used to be one of my favorite places to eat.
My wife and I ordered food from here today, and the dining area was absolutely disgusting. There was trash and food all over the floor, there was no soap or paper towels in the bathrooms ( how do the employees wash their hands)? We also got home, and the fries were not cooked all they way. We spent $23 for 2 plates of food that wasnt cooked right, and the dining room was so nasty, it felt like we were in a 3rd world country. We will most definitely go to a different location, IF we ever decide to eat Zaxbys again.
