I was given the wrong meal through the drive through not once but twice. I caught the first mistake at the window. when I got home I had the wrong order still. I did not have the right food and only enough for 2 people instead of 3. I spent $25 but received about $13 worth of nibblers that we do not like...I called back up to the store and complained. they hung up on me!! horrible service I will not be supporting this store again. Zaxbys in Anderson on 76 is horrible!
First time ever trying Zaxby’s in general. It was pretty good, fast food vibes in & out. I really liked the sauce they had but for got the name of it.
Used to straight up avoid this place months ago but something happened in the last few months clearly. Drive through was always backed up and slow but now it isn’t. Food is wonderful like it always has been but with the speedy and wonderful customer service, it’s the best zaxbys in town by far.
This is probably one of the worst places I’ve ever purchased food from staff wise. Every time I’ve ever gone to this location (which is a lot because it’s next to my house) the staff is completely rude and act like they don’t want to be there and are nasty to customers. I don’t usually write reviews, especially bad ones, but tonight’s visit was my last.
I just ordered two kickin chicken sandwiches to go. When I got home we realized someone purposely dumped an excessive amount of salt all over them.? It was so bad we had to throw them away! Very disappointing ?!!!!!
I asked for a salad with extra cheese, and this is what I got ? I'm high key mad, but also can't stop laughing
Everything was good except for the toast and that used to be my favorite part
So disappointed when I got all the way home and the cookies I paid for arent in the bag. I know mistakes happen but it’s still disappointing.
Very good food. Our order numbers were mixed up accidentally, however they fixed the issue with no problems with our order. They were very busy, and did a great job working hard to make sure there were no issues with our order or the orders of others.
Cold food wrong flavor wings. Rude service and management didn't seem to care. I'll not be going back.
