Waitress was wonderful. I blame nothing on her at all. But I used to work here years ago and they have let so much go. The wings used to be so good and never could get enough. I had to leave without eating half of my food and regret coming here at all. I wanted to come back up here for a while now and finally decided tonight is the night to take my wife to this great place. Bad decision.

We ate here with our grandkids before a movie. All of our food was cold. Two of us had the Buffalo shrimp, just plain nasty. Two of us had wings. Cold. A $6, yes I said $6 order of edible fries. Old. They’d been sitting a while somewhere. Our server not once ask how our food was even after removing plates that only had a couple of bites taken. This day was a special treat for all of us. To spend this kind of money in today’s economy and be so disappointed is sad. Thank God the movie was awesome.

My husband, son and I went here yesterday. Someone sat us and we waited for at least 10 minutes for drinks. When we told the server who brought our drinks we were ready to order she said your server will be right with you. We waited THIRTY minutes for someone to come and then we left. There were 3 servers sitting at a high top near the bar talking and 2 servers waiting on tables. It is absolutely unacceptable to wait so long while servers are literally sitting around talking. We were really bummed because the wings looked good!

Everything was great! Family friendly environment! Lots of choices on the menu! I enjoyed the flamming parmesan wings, spinach dip and unsweet tea! My husband enjoyed the 15 wings. You can pick your sauces! The onion rings are homemade! The restaurant seating has plenty of space! Plenty of TV's to watch sports! They also have outdoor seating!!!

By far in all my 44 years of living..the absolute worst experience ever...started out Sunday evening March 6 around 4:30 pm and went online to order...ordered wings and cheeseburger rolls, that they didn't have, after we went up there to pick up, is when they told us that they haven't had that item for about 2 weeks, but did not specify online, so then we wanted the chicken sliders to replace the cheeseburger rolls, didn't have those either....so then we replaced those with the cheeseburger sliders....so then after speaking with the general manager and advising the items they didn't have , at around 630 now finally come to a conclusion that they will take care of some items and remake the wings that are now cold after waiting for a couple of hours. I never asked for food to be taken off , it was offered, which was gracious by the manager..but here is the kicker..so since the food was now "free" I guess that was cool to microwave the now remade wings and the sliders..when I got there the host didn't say hello,hi, or greeted me, after I greeted her and another young lady, she asked me the order name and gave me the foodI asked were there extra ranch in there that we requested, she snarkily replied, "I don't know, I'm not the one who packed it"...wow..so I just left...crazy experience will never ever eat there again...even if you paid me....got home to eat and ended up throwing the food away...all microwaved...rubbery..chicken not even fully cooked...the worst experience ever..****UPDATE***** THU 3.17.22 After speaking with General Manager Mandy Knecht and the owner, decided to give Wild Wings another shot and this time they knocked it out of the park!! Food was fresh, wings flavored and crispy...and the service even better... just look at those wings below...that's what I'm talking bout haha!!! I am a happy customer now..and will be visiting to dine in real soon!! Thanks guys!!

I came to this location for business and I am always disappointed. The service is mediocre and the tables and bar top are old wood that always smell like bleach and dirty water. Not just this location but every location I have visited. I guess I haven’t learned my lesson. Asked for tagor tots and got waffle fries. Asked for pico on the side and it never came until I asked again. I’m done with this restaurant.

Eh, not the best time going. Had a bit of a wait to be seated and awhile to get food. Given everything right now not too bummed by that. What was disappointing was the wings themselves were very small and kinda dry. Definitely left me a bit disappointed overall, maybe will be better next year when come through town.

Unfortunately Wild Wings did not meet their usual standard on our pick up order. Wings were baked, we ordered fried crispy. Mostly flats. We ordered 5 sauces on the side and got 4 wrong ones. Ordered the fry sampler that should have had 5 different types of fries and only got 3. No Ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing. Wings tasted old as if they were warmed up from yesterday. We were disappointed and will not order take out again.

Lately, Wild Wing Cafe just hasn’t been good. As someone who loves wings, it has come to the point of not going back to this restaurant. Every time over the last couple of years that we have eaten at this restaurant, the service has been slow, the wing sauces/orders have been wrong, but we inevitably go back because this is the only wing place in Anderson. I would love for the owners/managers to do better. Hire better staff or more staff…

Quai and Andrew were my bartenders and they were great! They gave us excellent service and the drinks were great. Erica brought our food out and made sure we had everything we needed. She was very helpful. Damien was the manager who checked on us to make sure we were okay. He was such a sweet man. Will be back.
