Had the 6oz sirloin and rib combo.

I must say, I've eating here a thousand times, always good, good food good service. But this last time, over fathers day we experienced the best service I have ever gotten. Our server a female, i believe, Named taylor was on top of us like nobody ever has been, kept our drinks filled, delivered food fast and correctly. She has a great personality treating us like family. What a delightful person, we will request sitting in her area every time. I left her a very generous tip, more then my cheap wife wanted me too, but she'll remember us and I think she'll give us great service.

Went for my birthday and the food was the worst it has ever been, we have always loved this restaurant. Cold rolls, Inedible cheese fries, and my steak was raw. They took it back and brought out the same steak that was now unevenly cooked and was so fatty it was gross. Server was very nice. all they did was give me appetizer coupons for another time, but honestly not sure I’ll be back.

got our to go order home and it was horrible. ordered a country fried steak with corn and potatoes. the steak was fried till it was beef jerky and the was literally three bites of corn in the container.

Texas Roadhouse was surprisingly great! It was very busy when we arrived, did not take long for us to be seated (20 mins.). I had doubts that it would be a great experience, I was wrong! The waitress was great, very attentive and answered all of our questions with knowledgeable answers. I ordered a 12oz ribeye, my wife an 8oz strip. Asked to be cooked at medium rare. Both steaks came out perfect, both were nice and tender! I have to admit, it was one of the best steaks I've had in a while! If your in Anderson, give them a try.

My family and I were highly disappointed with our service at this Texas Roadhouse location last night. It was my birthday and my aunt and I arrived 20 minutes before the other 6 members of our party. We asked to be seated, since there was no wait and we were going to order appetizers and drinks for everyone. The hostess told us they couldn’t seat us until the rest of our party arrived and that they weren’t busy so we could easily get a seat when everyone arrived. She did not offer to reserve us a time or table. When we came back 20 minutes later, they told us the wait was going to be TWO HOURS! After waiting an hour, we were told a table was ready for us. We stood inside waiting for another 10 minutes and we saw the cooks on their phones, playing around! They didn’t even wash their hands!!! When we were finally seated and got our appetizers, we asked if we could have another ranch. The person who brought us the appetizers and ranch rudely said that our waitress had another 8 top, that she was busy and that “she would get to us when she got to us”. Our food finally came out and two steaks and ribs were over cooked. At this point, we were just ready to leave. I have never had a bad experience at Texas Roadhouse (hence why I wanted to have my birthday there), but now I doubt I will ever eat at this establishment again.

Great food. Everyone enjoyed their food and the service was top notch. Probably will have to wait to be seated but they have a system that will text you when your table is ready so you can wait in your car if you would like. We only had to wait about 10 minutes. If it is your first time at the restaurant ask about the special first time offers from the manager. We had the blooming onion appetizer and it was great and they had it out in minutes after ordering. The filet medallions were great and if you don't get the rice you are able to get 3 sides instead of 2. Also our table had the grilled shrimp and catfish and they said those were excellent too. And last but not least, the rolls are awesome with the sweet butter. Definitely recommend and again our service was great!

I got the NY strip and a sweet potato...the food quality was great. The service was great as we always enjoy coming here. The only bad part is there is always a wait for a table no matter what time of day. Worth the wait when you finally get the table though!

Food and service were great. Price for 8 oz sirloin beats the price of the 6 oz at Applebee's and Outback, and it was cooked as ordered. The Country Fried steak was a generous size. The steamed vegetables were perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the house salad was good- I liked that that it came with boiled egg as one of the toppings. And if course the rolls with cinnamon-sugar butter are a favorite!

Great food and awesome service EVERY time we eat here! Recommendations: Herb crusted chicken, salmon, chili, mashed potatoes, …. SO GOOD!
