This is a steak soft taco supreme add sour cream?????EVERY SINGLE TIME! Think I'd learn by now...

Food is never bad here but they’re super unprofessional. You have the inside open and customers are coming in and you’re saying you won’t take any orders despite the fact that you know you’re gonna be open for a few more hours?? What? So the employees just don’t wanna work and are trying to mislead customers into not ordering food. I’d understand if there were no workers but there’s so many of them and that’s no excuse to be passive aggressive to nice customers. They also forget things and don’t fix orders so there’s that

Never open there posted hours and half of the time if they are open they are out of alot of the things on the menu and the staff isn't friendly. Photos are taken during open hours according to posted hour's

Tried several times to place a mobile order using the app only to be told that there are no pickup times available. Then we get there and they tell us that they are only taking cash. When we told them that's okay, we have cash he got an attitude and passive aggressively told us to "go ahead and order." When we got to the window, all he said was "$35.45" even though the screen when we placed the order said "$34.90". When I politely asked him about the discrepancy, he just repeated "$35.45." It was less than a dollar, not a big deal. I just wish it was handled better. On top of that, our bag was missing several items and our customizations were all incorrect. Very disappointing considering that we love Taco Bell and are rewards members.

Fast food is fast food, the food isn’t always the most amazing and sometimes the service is lack luster, but I’ve never had a horrible experience at this Taco Bell. I’ve gone through the drive through numerous times and eaten inside once and the staff has always been kind and I’ve never had an item missing. Sure, sometimes a sauce packet gets forgotten but it’s still just fast food! Working fast food is hard and sometimes people can forget things.

I ordered through the drive in window. When I got to the window to pay, I asked if I could add one more Taco Supreme on to my order. The manager got very upset with the window worker and said not to take anymore window orders. I apologized to her (the mamager) and told her I did not realize you were not suppose to do that. She said they didn't have enough help as it was, never mind adding onto orders at the window. I apologized again. In FL in the area where I live you can still add onto the order at the window. I was in Anderson, SC and did not know that information.

Very very bad experience. Time after time I wonder why I decide to even go to this taco bell.If the kids did not want I wouldnt, but the kids want. Waste $38 on uneatable food, kids waited for the food, i waited.Got home, terrible food, spoiled with a very weird rancid tart taste. Very nasty. Ended up going to mcdonalds. Spent rougly $55 dollars for myself and 3 kids.GOOD LUCK getting a refund from taco bell.

Pull up to drive thru at 10:20PM to a store that closes at 12AM. No signs saying anything different. Sit at speaker for few minutes then rude woman says "We closed". Then Conveniently turns all lights off AFTER this. If a place is going to close early they should post signs and apps should update so customers don't order from a closed restaurant.

Service here has been declining rapidly. Waited in line for nearly an hour mid-day New Year's Eve. After folks ahead of us angrily pulled out of the line, we couldn't get a response from the speakerbox. Drove past and it looked like the staff had all walked out. Business was posted as open but there was nobody behind the desk.
