People behind the counter need to listen more carefully to what the customer is saying. Folks behind the counter were too busy talking to each other to pay attention to the customer. . One misheard my husband's order and then copped an attitude and tried to make it his fault she misheard him. This was our first visit, but definitely our last.
Rude staff with bad attitudes. Too busy gossiping to pay attention to your customers' orders, then want to argue about it when it's incorrect.
Horrible customer service, raw meat and the sandwich wasn’t even edible had to throw it in the trash.

Gave me the wrong order. I went back, and wanted it replaced. Nothing but attitude and the food itself looked disgusting. They 2 lady’s there ( one older and one younger with blonde hair) seemed more interested in their gossip than making the sandwiches correctly.
The woman named holi that made our sandwiches is a very nice respectful funny woman . She made our experience !!!!

Tried Subway once again after getting suck a couple of years ago. Much better. Friendly service
So i went in at 730pm, they close at 10, to get soup and a sub and the woman working stated she threw away the soup they had heated for the day bc there was barely any left. I really wanted some soup and offered to buy however much it was that they were gonna have to make, they stated it was equivalent to 6 cups, they got an attitude and said they had to call someone, im assuming the manager, either they didnt call or the manager didnt pick up so one of the girls offered to sell me a bag of soup to heat up at home but she didnt want to heat it up. I get its the holidays but its also no where near closing time and the attitude was not needed.
