I just wanted a mocha Frappuccino, without the cookie stuff. It still had the crumbles on top of the whipped cream, no big deal just my own weird food thing. Plus McDs got me hooked with their free frapp conditioned to favor their blend.
Stopped on way to work, got 4 drinks. It was early in the morning so I was in and out quick, love there Raspberry lemonade drink very refreshing.
Love this location! Workers are super friendly and helpful. The building itself is in a great convenient place for me onto work. In all my times going here, I have only had one order be incorrect, and of course they nicely fixed it. Mobile orders always prompt and correct.
It’s a Starbucks. There isn’t much to say about it. The quality is pretty standard across the board. The staff was friendly and the store was very clean. It did take a lot longer to get a single drink than I expected. Especially as I was one of 2 people in the store. Though there was a line in the drive through.
Dirty bathroom with no toilet paper. If you ask a question, all they do is mumble and talk too fast. Coffee and drinks as usual.
A simple request like no foam means no foam. I have to out a supplement into my latte and if there is foam it becomes a congealed mess. And for an $8 drink it shouldn’t be a bard request to meet.
After today, I will never come back to this location. I was treated absolutely awful and embarrassed beyond extreme for the way they made me feel. I order my usual, when I got to the window it was almost $1 over what I usually pay and I told them that this is what I get everyday, the girl at the window told me they raised the price yesterday? Almost a whole dollar??? She was terrible to me, well I took my coffee and left and it was made incorrect, so I turned around and went inside where I waited for someone to even acknowledge me for about 5 minutes, finally just went to the register and reordered and told her, she was very nice, then it got pol them from the here way over 5 minutes to even make it. Just mind you I come here everyday and I have never been so humiliated or treated so awful. The guy who made my coffee spilt it all over so when he put my coffee up it was not even completely full and MADE WRONG AGAIN. I just took my order and left, I hope they never make anyone feel like they made me feel today. Again, I will never ever go back and I go there every single day.
Customer service needs attention at this location. I asked the 3ft stringy hair cashier in the drive tru for a handle bags and extra napkins and she was rude. It’s not my fault she still wear size 2T as a adult. She apparently wanted me to wipe my hands on my clothes like she usually do. I must say I was very disappointed coming from the New England states to the south I expected southern hospitality but nope… nothing close to it.
This location was my go to coffee spot daily, for 2 years! Now I go across town. This location never has the ingredients like they should. The new crew is rude & super slow. I'm so disappointed, they were the BEST, & in 3 months it's a dump! Buyer beware of this location!!????
My Flat White with Brown sugar was made to perfection! I loved it. The Pink Drink that my daughter had was amazing and the food delicious.
