Love there cafe Americano with double shot of espresso ?
Egg bites were burnt and croissant was not warmed. This is a first for them because i always have a pleasant experience here. Maybe just an off day
Typically great service e and great staff however today... the girls were very much unprofessional one pretended to lick the cup, getting her to gue very close to the cup. Flicking her tongue. Name will be happily given on request. Very gross....
THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! Time after time, i’ve tried to give them second chances, but it’s always terrible. The baristas need to learn how to read a sticker and how to properly construct a drink. The drinks always taste terrible and are never made correctly. I have previously worked at a Starbucks, I know what is expected.
I went to Starbucks this morning after nearly two years away due to the pandemic. When I walked to the counter, a barista remembered my name without having to be prompted and greeted me by asking if I'd like my usual drink (not surprisingly, she nailed it and had remembered it specifically). I'm touched that she went above and beyond to make a customer feel valued simply by remembering my name and drink order!
This is one of my 2 most favorite Starbucks. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and greets me with a smile. Our drinks are always great.
Fast friendly service
This is my usual Starbucks. Generally they do really good...This last week I have had 3 mochas messed up. Today topped it. No whipped cream or drizzle, and missing about 3 ounces worth of coffee!Disappointed.
I went here and ordered 3 drinks. When I got to the window she scanned my card but it wasn’t for my order it was for another order that drove off. The girl at the window had to get someone to give me a refund. I’m guessing she got the manager who was this blonde girl who was very rude and had an attitude towards me and the girl at the window. She was absolutely horrible and shouldn’t be working in customer service. Poor girl that was at the window said she was new and was having a hard day. But the blonde girl didn’t have to have an attitude or be rude towards me or her for making a mistake. I hate going to the Starbucks on 81.
