A lot of people in the reviews aren’t understanding that this is the Starbucks inside INGLES, the grocery store. But the service is always great, employees are super sweet and fast and often won’t charge you for extra customizations
Worst experience we ever.. I understand that it’s the holidays, but this is not my first time experiencing such unprofessionalism… The employees were all over the place and the showroom was full of customers… The orders were not consistent and most of customers were waiting patiently.. No emphatic for not knowing where they were at with orders… Call Gambrell Knutson mention the drinks were not is there a potential… Clearly the drive-through gets priority over the people waiting inside …. Unsatisfied
I love that there is a Starbucks inside Ingles. I wish they would add a standalone Starbucks with drivethru. It would be more convenient .
I come here occasionally on my way to work. The last two times I have gone my experience has not been great. One instance I waited 30mins for my drink to made. The other instance, I ordered a mobile order. I ran inside to pick it up, as it was already sitting on the counter when I arrive, and one of the workers informed that if I wanted to place orders I needed to wear a mask, but did not have an extra mask to offer me. I was the only customer in the store.
I always order the same drink but never know what I will be given. They usually adjust it at my request until today. The person working felt they were right to give me attitude and still not correct my order. I have spent my last dollar here.
Great atmosphere
Waited for a few minutes but my coffees were made perfectly!
This location has incredibly slow wait times no matter how many customers are in the store. The coffee was pedestrian and lukewarm by the time I got a cup in my hands. The location is inconvenient to say the least as it is nearly impossible to turn into the parking lot, navigate the parking lot, or exit the parking lot due to the traffic from the road and surrounding businesses.
Not polite, really didnt speak at all. Made other peoples drinks that ordered way after we did. Finally had to say something to get our drinks. Not sure if they forgot or what!! They never said sorry or anything, just gave us our drinks
C'mon it's Starbucks...need I say more?😘
