Huge shout out to Havon and Ethan and the rest of the crew at this Starbucks location. I had a large last minute order and they handled it with great composure and excellent customer service! Your hard work and dedication is very much appreciated!!
Ok so truly I really hide hard from corporate sponsorship in reviews, they are doin' well enough without the extra help, and I really review very seldom. But these kids they have in this store specific, by the way now the only Starbucks (THE ONLY ANYPLACE) I have visited in over two years I have not complained about at home, are attentive and actually helped me work out what we were doing wrong with my orders so my wife could help my old man brain put together something I like. Old man brain is also demonstrated through random conversational run on sentences. So as unfair as it seems to help a multi billion blah blah anyway... Starbucks these kids are impressive. They stood out so boldly in today's struggle for their generation's demand on the job front I wondered if you should not consider raising your local recruiters wages. I honestly have no idea who these folks are but they found an inspired group of team motivated people that won you a five start rating in hopes they might just get noticed. Coffee is important, don't laugh! Coffee is important. More than two years of no matter where I went no one could produce a correct order until this group is actually kind of noteworthy. Thanks for the correct order and I hope Starbucks helps your team advance in life, you are doing really well.
I've waited a very long time to write this review as I wanted to give them a chance maybe to make things right.In any given month in the upstate I may hit two dozen different Starbucks. As far north as Greer as far west as Seneca as far south as Anderson I think you get the point. Whether they are standalones or in ingles or in Target I find a good deal of consistency when I order my standard drink which is a trenta iced coffee with extra cream and extra sugar.When I tell you that for some reason 23 Starbucks can get this right every single time but the one on Clemson boulevard in Anderson gets it wrong every single time I'm not exaggerating.It's always dark and bitter every single time and when I give specific instructions on how many pumps of sweetener or how much extra cream why is it that this one location 100% of the time cannot get it right.I mean this is a corporate entity. So if a Starbucks in Greenville can get it right and a Starbucks in Easley can get it right and a Starbucks in Powdersville can get it right why is it that every single time this particular location gets it wrong certainly it cannot be the same barista every time.I am honestly blown away by this why I continue to give them chances I'm not sure maybe because that's the only Starbucks in that area? But today's was like rat urine. And to be honest that's an insult to rats.
Great location, well staffed. Clean dining and restrooms. Ordered by asking for a new drink and it was very good. Made with modifications and I had no issues.

Normally this is the BEST STARBUCKS in Anderson, SC, however, their hours are unpredictable & I never know when they will be open or closed during what is posted as their normal business hours. If you visit this location, ask for Collin. He is so very polite, helpful, always has a smile, & just a great person! He also makes the BEST Iced White Chocolate Mocha in town!!
This place is amazing! The people that work here are genuinely nice like extremely nice. They really do go above and beyond and I have never experienced that before it any other starbucks.
I was the only person in line, and I waited five minutes to even order my two drinks. Then we waited 25 minutes for them to get our drinks ready. The only saving grace was how great our drinks were. Best mocha I have had in months... ingredients measured correctly and HOT!!!
