First off they gave my husband Coffee with Carmel dripping all down the side of the cup...!!!! Then my drink was packed with so much ice I couldn't put my straw all the way in I let them know all I got was nasty attitude then I went to go taste it....it was the most awful thing I have tasted in a long time....I'm very disappointed in this location I will go to the one on the Blvd...!!!!
Red headed boy working the window sucks and can’t make coffee. Wasted my whole break trying to get my coffee made right. ???? do better, and don’t yell at my car as I drive off next time ??♀️ shoulda said it with your chest while I was at the window

Took them almost 35 minutes to make my mobile order it was one drink. They were in there talking to a regular customer, and helped him first, and kept me waiting. That's not good customer service yall...
Awful customer service at the window… got my Frappuccino completely wrong, (had to go back) also did not give all of my food the first time , and had a very confrontational, rude, and dismissive demeanor
