Didn’t realize how much this place has gone downhill since the last time we ate there. I had forgotten a lot of menu items and how things worked there when in the drive thru. I was met with lots of condensing attitude and telling me they didn’t have something and then when I repeated it they suddenly have exactly what I said the first time. Not to mention the sandwiches weren’t that great and my bf found a bread tie in his sandwich. This could’ve been an accident but part of me thinks it was the employees being petty.
Well to start I love this place I could eat here everyday and love it. But my issue was that they didn't have my normal large sandwich bun. Which wasn't going to stop me from ordering a great sandwich anyway.
Half of the time they get my order correct. This last time they got one sandwich wrong and forgot the soup. Tried calling immediately after receiving my order and they refuse to answer the phone.
Just what I remembered. Great food. This location was a little slow.
I was blown away by the pizza the first few times I went. Yum. The last time I went I had a bad experience with the pizza. (Hardly any sauce) however most times I love this place. No fastfood chain is perfect all the time. Their batting average is over 700 in my opinion
Very good French dip sandwich. The drive through like took forever though and there weren’t that many people in front of us

I've been to a Schlotzsky's like 3 times in my life. first time was like 9 years ago? it was alright, from what I remember... aaaand then twice in one week recently.Idk what's different nowadays, but I've actually thoroughly enjoyed my sandwiches lately from them. oh, and they need to keep that bacon cheddar bread.
