Right now they are understaffed and the service is more than desirable. No waiting time to sit but good luck getting your order sooner. Don't even think about a refill in your drink or chips. The food is No authentic Mexican, so pay attention to the menu and ask questions or you will be highly disappointed. And the cherry on the top, don't even try to ask questions to the waitres because they are very rude and tell you, you should know this is no real Mexican Restaurant! So bottom point, bad service, bad food, unclean and most of the plates was salty. Avoid it at all costs!

This papa's and bear was not enjoyable. In fact, it surprised me because every experience at any one of these restaurants was super nice and this place... to say at the very least, this place will no longer get my crews money... I mean the entire work truck crew. Thats 3-4 tickets ($40 a plate minimum cuz we get our drank on also) gone...Make improvements.

Absolutely love this restaurant! I order the Grilled Beef Fajita and love it every time! Love the free chips and salsa starter. Outside dining area is great for nice evenings! Inside is such a cool atmosphere! Food is delicious, staff is friendly and so helpful! Highly recommend!!!

Great food and service with a unique atmosphere. An ingredient was left off my entree and it was a touch salty, but the salsa bar and bean dip coupled with the hot chips alone make this place worth a visit. This is a great Tex-Mex weekend destination for food and drinks and cocktails.

We love this place! Great food and great service every time we go! Eric is one of our favorite waiters! Super friendly and helpful and attentive! He works very hard! Great place to grab some great Mexican food!

good food, good service.

Just had lunch here. Won't go back! IT IS TIME TO CHANGE THE GREASE YOU ARE COOKING IN! The Chips were dark and reeked of old grease. Hubby had an Chili Relleno and could not eat it because the grease it was fried in was OLD and Rancid tasting. Prices are good and beer was cold. But sadly the meal was very disappointing.

Sat for 20 minutes and only got chips. Never had drink or food order taken. Completely ignored. Finally decided to leave and stopped at the register to ask what I owed for the chips. Waited with 2 other customers for about 5 minutes before a waiter came over. Lady in front of me told him she wanted to pay. Apparently, he couldn't help her with that and ask what I needed. Asked what I owed for the chips and told him how we were ignored. He said we were good and waved me off. No apology or anything. 0 out of 10. 0 stars. Do NOT recommend.

My favorite Mexican restaurant . Love the Alambres.

The chips were cooked in old grease and tasted horrible. The cheese dip had no taste and the taco salad was a mess! Will not be going back!
