Food is absolutely great!!! But service is terrible, if you even get serviced!
Had lunch on a weekday. Like the decor. Food was solid but could be hotter temp wise. Will try again and order something else for a second try. Good. Server worked hard and was polite.
Been here multiple times and we always get the same server.. we’ve never had good service. Last time wasn’t the worst but 2 times before that literally took 10 minutes for anyone to even come to our table after being seated. One time we got fajitas and she wasn’t even gonna bring us plates or tortillas. And one time I ordered a raspberry margarita and she brought me something else that was not even close to that . We will not be going back
Horrible I had a burrito That was supposed to have chicken, vegetables and rice in it. Instead I got a burrito filled with cold cheese chicken and no vegetables.It's not a very good tasting burrito at all. the salsa bar is very dirty and probably shouldn't be open in a covid world.
First time here ...food was very good! The waitress was very friendly and helpful! Will definitely go back!!!
I had the mega burrito, and took half with me, it was surprisingly good, when i awoke later had the best leftover
This was our first time eating at this Papa's and Beer location. Usually we eat at the other Anderson location.Our food was excellent!The server was friendly and quick to bring us everything we needed.The steak nachos were flavorful and plentiful.My husband's chicken molcajete burrito was large and delicious with perfectly cooked, tender chicken.
we visited this places yesterday. We walked in and set down. We sat their for about 5 minutes. Our waitress looks at us walks away goes to the door to look out the window. Hardly anyone inside. She then walks to the table. Hands us open menus. She didn’t ask if we wanted anything to drink. So we proceeded to let her know what we wanted and asked for chips. We looked over the menu and was ready to order. I ordered the pollo loco ($7.99) , my husband ordered the mexican burger ($7.99) + $1.50 for bacon and also got the steak fajita nachos ($9.99) . The food don’t get me wrong was fantastic . However the service was horrible. She never asked us for a refill. We had to find her to ask for the check. We got the check and paid. I noticed that each item we ordered was $1 more then price on the menu. I proceed to ask why it was extra. She then proceed to go up to the front to grab 1 menu tgey had that we did not receive that on the front says due to food shortage “some” items may be $1.25 extra.. So i asked her why she failed to let us know and gave us menus that didn’t state that? She had no answer. and just kept pointing at the menu she didn’t give us as they only have one. Imagine how many people are being over charged without knowing. I let her know that was her too and refused to pay a cent more . Will not return regardless of how great the food is

I usually love this place but everytime we get a togo order they either dont have it or accidently gave it to someone else. My wife just went to get our food and they accidently gave it to someone else. So she had to wait 20 minutes so the food could be remade. She got back home with the food and it was the WRONG ORDER!!
