Originally we purchased a Epic Pepperoni pizza. When we got it there was no pepperoni on the pie. Pappa Johns agreed to reimburse us with a free pizza. Ordered again EPIC Pepperoni Pizza. It may have been free but it was the worse pizza we have ever eaten. Had to throw it out as inedible. NEVER AGAIN. People stay far away from Pappa Johns on Clemson Blvd in Anderson.
Pap John's Pizza is one of my favorites! My job First Quality Tissue gave us half price a few weeks ago and I definitely took the advantage of it! Put on a few extra pounds to ???

Placed an order online, it said that it was done so I went into the store. I told them my name and was informed that it would be about 8 more minutes. Then after standing there for almost 15 minutes, she tells me that they never even made the pizza. She offered me a dessert, but that doesn’t make up for the fact that I’ve done waited over an hour. I understand being understaffed but when half your staff is on their phone, running around, and not working.. it makes it hard to feel bad for them. Establishment is not ran well, the managers need to stop playing friend to the works, and run their business.That’s not even to mention the fact that I did not see one person with gloves on. The employees came out the bathroom, and came in from delivering & went straight to making food.
This location is the best. My pizza is always fresh and made pretty quickly. Not to mention the sweet woman named Kayla Baumann running the front of the store she is the best.
Great customer service from Kayla . She made sure we had everything we needed, very polite, and accommodating.
