Food tasted good, however the portions are ridiculous for the price at this location. I paid extra for more chicken added to my salad and there was a total of 4 slices when I opened the Togo bowl. On top of that, a salad that’s $10+ should be bigger than what I would consider a “small salad” at any other restaurant. Got French onion soup, and it had no cheese or croutons only broth and a few onions. I’ve been to other Paneras that aren’t like this, so this must be a management issue. Consistently disappointed here.
Would give 0 starts if it were an option. I’ve never ordered inside panera before. we were given a buzzer and when it went off we went to the “order pickup” area inside the restaurant. There was an African American female working back there that sat our order up on the counter and didnt say a word to us. She gave us a nasty look when we walked up to the counter and i placed the buzzer down and she picked it up and threw it as hard as she could into a box. She was displaying aggressive behavior and had an overall bad attitude for no reason at all. After throwing some more things around, the person with me then asked her if she liked her job to which she replied no and proceeded to the back. Overall bad atmosphere. Aggressive employee who throws things near customers because we inconvenienced her by placing an order to begin with. if thats the case shut the place down
I'm not sure if it's a management issue or what, but every time I come to this location my order is wrong. Every time I ask for no tomatoes, it's wrong. A few times I've order a sandwich and it has the wrong bread or cheese on it. Kind of frustrating when you're spending a minimum of $10-$15 on a meal.
sunday 115 drive thru, chubby black headed girl and older black headed short woman with dark eye glass rims on working. speaker gave off an echo so bad couldn't hear anything. younger girl was answering with an attitude. drove forward bc ordering through the speaker wasnt gonna work. came to window and older woman told me they cant take orders from the window, then told me "but the speaker is broke so ill do it anyway". took my order then told me the register didnt wanna work bc i didnt order through the speaker first. then she proceeds to take my order on the same Register she said won't take it. why bother telling me then proceed to do what said wont work. ok so after order and payment, were sent to wait for the order. we get the order and 1 spoon and thats it. we had 2 soups. please get you act together up there. FIX YOUR ECHO SPEAKER SO WE DONT HAVE TO BE TREATED LIKE WERE A PROBLEM AND INCLUDE ALLLLL THAT WE NEED SO WE DONT HAVE TO DRINK A HOT SOUP!!!!! i wont eat there again. yall gotta do better and hire some non sarcastic workers. COMPRENDE????
We ste there on 2/5/22. Orded pizza. Did not pizzas.. ordered half salad .it was ok.l Overpriced . Will not return.
Very nice, friendly, and professional staff. Great service and great food. And great desserts. The staff took great care of us even though we came in the last hour of service.
First, excellent Thai chicken soup and orange scone. Second, the staff was friendly and helpful. The employee at the register wasn’t sure if there was an allergen in a dish, but the managers quickly checked the ingredient list to make sure there wasn’t.
I placed a drive-thru order. And they forgot to put the chicken on my salad. When I called them to just have them credit the amount back to my credit card, they told me that I had to come all the way back to the restaurant to get a refund. That is just not the type of service that I would expect from Panera Bread. And Panera Bread isn't what it used to be back when I first got introduced to them over 10 years ago.

If this Panera can't fill a cup up, giving me barely enough to fill half a bread bowl, then I'm not coming back. I'm not paying This much for a bread bowl to be shorted like this. Taste is great, which is why there are 2 stars and not 1.
