great service and good food
My husband and I visited this location earlier this afternoon and we LOVED our service! The food came out fast and the food was amazing. Not only was our server, Addie, attentive and thoughtful, but we couldn’t help but notice how helpful and happy the host was. Her smile was contagious and she wore it the whole time we were there. She helped us multiple times when Addie was with another table. And our experience was ended with her holding the door for us on the way out. Amazing service from both of these young ladies!!! Thank you Addie and Leanne!
I ordered my meal online, however I'm quite positive if I would have eaten at the restaurant, and before I left the tip, I would have probably gotten more fries. I tipped 20%, but with my meal price, I'm aware it still wasn't a "grand amount". Please be aware of your food order before leaving the parking lot. I'm disappointed, but not going to ask for anything extra. Just warning others to look before you leave.
I visited the Anderson, SC Outback location and had Diamond as my server! I had an amazing dining experience. Her smile and attention to details about my order & knowing when I needed napkins or had a question is rare this day in age. I could tell she really enjoys meeting new people and providing A1 service to her customers. It was pleasant after a long day to have such a positive dining experience. I highly recommend you ask to be seated her section the next time you visit the location you won’t be disappointed.
When I say the New York Strip was tough; I mean I feel like I just had an upper body workout and my jaws of steel failed at least half of the leathery, grisly hack. Service was regular, but lacked attention; my red wine was white (twice,) and extra sides were brought. In fairness the extra side was removed from the bill. The veg, the fries and the onion starter were very good and we didn't leave hungry so it could have been worse.I followed this up with a decent take-out (ribs, onion soup and cheesecake.) So a star added.
Service was pretty good, but our server forgot to bring out a salad until after we reminded him when our steak was brought out. However, the sirloin I got was without a doubt the worse cut of any steak I’ve had. Could hardly cut it, much less chew or try to swallow it since it was 80% fat and tendons or connective tissue. For a pretty good steakhouse, they need to get better product. No matter how well you cook it, it will be inedible.
A friend and I came in today for lunch. It's was a very good experience. Thankfully we had one of the Best Servers we have ever had at Outback!! We asked the server Cassie about the cocktails and she suggested the best drinks. She also gave us some knowledge on what's best to order with what. Cassie sure knows her way around that bar. When you go to Outback on exit 19 in Anderson SC. You must ask for Cassie.(The one with the good hair).
Was passing through the state last week when I stopped by, great food, great hospitality from the crew staff, over all a great environment. Connor was my server and was very kind and respectful and made sure that everything was good on my part. He made sure my orders were good and regularly came by to ask if everything was good. A great experience overall, and probably will stop by passing through the state again
Wow! We had such a great time at outback and, I didn’t even need beer to do it. The food was great and the conversation with friends as well. The server though - his name was Chase. He did a great job and was on time with our orders. A plus - we talked about The Grateful Dead. Will definitely go back and ask for him.
We sat in the bar area on a crowded night. Chase, the bartender and server, was awesome!!! He was very kind and tentative, checking on us and even making sure my special requests were followed when my food came out. He truly was an excellent waiter, and his friendly demeanor made the meal more enjoyable. Definitely ask for Chase when you go!!
