I wasn't going to post this, but Olive Garden has been a favorite of mine. Yesterday my server was completely rude in pretty much accusing me of lying about giving her my payment for my meal, as was also the manager. My food was delicious and I was prepared to leave a more than generous tip, but the server accused me of not paying her and got all up in my face. I am an honest person, not about to cheat anyone. I always leave servers a more than generous tip but I will not be back at Anderson SC location anytime soonI
Service issues over the last few visits continue...(8:30pm 25% full, plenty of wait staff)Wait staff are inexperienced & can't seem to get timing right on bringing food out/ holding your order until you get drinks, apps, Soup/salad, etc. This is not the first or second time entrees have sat on our table getting cold before we finished app/soup.Staff seem to be in a rush to get your order, then go hang out around the corner looking at each other's phones, repeatedly, and still can't glance over when at adjacent tables to notice empty drinks for last 10-15 mins or allow you to get their attention.Recurring theme lately but our waiter seemed unaware of the pile of dishes gathering on our table to the point we had to ask him to remove them. Since we were informed more than once how new they were, we explained how this simple thing can affect tips. Our waiter cleared our dishes but didn't bother with their other tables.Food was still good even though the menu had been cut down again, but bread sticks were hurting/overdone... Found out the 'bread stick person' had gone home.Our bill was wrong b/c waiter didn't understand how to add the $6 take home, so they just charged a regular menu price and didn't ask anyone before giving us the bill.We'll be back at some point, hopefully things will improve with experience.
First time at the olive garden. Got a gift certificate to it for Xmas. Me n hubby went today n it was fantastic. The food was great. We got unlimited br3adsticks n soup an appetizer n two lunch specials for less than 50 dollars. The restraint itself was clean friendly staff. Quiet setting n great lighting. Our server Denise was the bomb. She brought things out timed just right. She followed up with us periodically n wasn't a pest about it every 5 minutes. I'm definitely going back
Clean place but the service was a little slow on a slow night. Yes, I know there are shortages of employees but this was not the case. If my server stayed off her phone and paid attention, then 5 stars would be appropriate.
Nice environment ?We got Chicken Alfredo and Chicken Parmesan and both were great ??
Okay, so we took my Grandmother (92), my granddaughter (12) and my other granddaughter (7) here for their birthday dinners and let me tell you our waitress was truly amazing! She was always attentive (we were a party of 6). Ensured we had the best time ever even sang a happy birthday to the lot of them! If I had the money would have have her a $100 tip she was that awesome! She really blessed my family that night and I hope management gives her the praise she deserves! We went on the 15th around 6 ish or so! Can't remember her name but definitely will be coming back! Olive Garden has redeemed itself from last year (not this one but on in Buford, Ga) had the worst experience ever that year but so glad we have them another shot! ❤️
I’m only giving 2 stars because my server was amazing. Other than that, the section they sat us in smelled disgusting and when my fiancé asked whom I think was the General manager about a seat she just stared at her….. she was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I use to enjoy eating here but my last few experiences I have been less than impressed.
My husband and I decided to order in and treat ourself to olive garden one of my favorite places that we haven't eaten at in a while. We ended up spending the night and morning by the toilet. I'm so disappointed, I loved this place but thanks to this experience I will not be returning.
It was so good. Going to Franks House last night 4 supper n the No Key soup was delicious. (Yesterday's Soup ) . !! ?? n the service was tops , with Lexi ? will Definitely go back !!!!
We went to Olive Garden tonight & had the bubbliest sweetest waitress in a very long time! Yes we have had nice waitress’s but something about her personality made her a amazing waitress keep it up Maddie! We will be back again! This is one of our favorite restaurants and we hope you have a great year ❤️
