My wife and I stopped in to this location and had a wonderful experience. Our server Angie M was incredible. She was always right there when we needed anything. Her recommendations where spot on the food was great and a fantastic atmosphere. This is the first time to Ocharleys in years I had written this place off but I will definitely be coming in a lot more thanks to Angie
The server won me over when she finished with one customer and could have disappeared back into the kitchen to wait for food, but she didn't. Instead she looked around to see what could be done and did it! Later I found out she was working with a broken toe!Food was tasty, at a reasonable price and presented with reasonable speed. Bring a sweater, as the ac is strong.Overall an enjoyable Sunday lunchtime, at a place we'd visit again.
We had such a wonderful time the other day! Best service in town! All of the waitress including the one we had was amazing! Love their potato soup! Will be going back again!
We came in last week and it was great. Samantha was our server and she was amazing! Food was awesome, the balsamic chicken was to die for. Look forward to going again soon.
Waiting 15 minutes to be seated and two women walk in and are seated as soon as they walk in the door. They are friends of the waitress. Spoke with the manager, he didn’t seem to see anything wrong with it. Left and went down the street to Olive Garden. Seated immediately, great food, excellent customer service. Pass right on by o’Charleys, much better places to go.
Virginia was the best server I have had in a long time! She was so attentive and we never had to ask for anything she anticipated all of our needs. I would definitely recommend requesting her ID you dine in.
Great service. They were busy but we still got sat within 5 minutes. Love it here and the staff are so kind. Our hostess was one of the friendliest people I've met in a very long time.
Great service! The minute I walked in the hostess was a very sweet girl who complimented me multiple times, truly made my day. Then the server treated us greatly. Rolls are always the best. Love O’Charleys
Food was great.. service was mot... our waitress never came back to out table after she took our order and brought us drinks..the manager delivered our orders and no one ever came back while we dined..not drinks refilled, no more rolls..absolutely nothing... I watched her consistently serve both tables that we were seated between. She served them at least 6 different mixed drinks along with refilling their waters and sweet teas... the manager walked by and asked how everything was. I shared my issue with him. He was apologetic and said he would speak to the waitress.I know they were busy. But she was servicing every other table except ours. I did not appreciate how we were not serviced at all. It surely reflected in her tip.
Ate there Monday March 7 2022 My grandaughter and I ordered 6 oz.sirloin we go there abiut twice a month but I wont go back. My granddaughters steak was good mine looked like a knot of tough leather I could not eat it I DID NOT TAKE A BIT OF IT I told waitress I hated to say anything but steak was not eatable could she send it back and bring one I could eat . She did my granddaughter was through eating when mine came but that was OK. This steak was good but when check came they charged for 2 sirloins at 23.99 and 2 teas and add on steak 8.99. I paid bill but it was wrong the first steak I could not eat no one could .I should not have been charged for an extra steak when I sent the first one that no one could have eaten back . THIS WAS WRONG AND IT SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED. Will not go back bad business
