First off, Jerry is awesome. Love him, but that's where the good stuff stops. Went this morning with the family for free kid meals. Was met at the door saying the system was down and wouldn't be up for 5-15 minutes. Okay, we'll wait. Another guy goes in and is told the same. He walks to his car and walks back in saying he ordered online and paid online. Was told to cancel his order. He showed he couldn't. They began fixing his order. We asked if they were up and running and were told no. We asked about the guy whose food was being prepared and were told he ordered online through the app. We asked if they could process through the app and were told no. We asked again why the other person's food was being prepared. Was told again he'd ordered online. Once again asked if we could order online and get our food. Guy talked in circles to the point we gave up and left.Not the first time we've had issues. Got told once they couldn't help me because they were completing a catering order. I said I was in no hurry and could wait. They insisted I leave.Ordered in store another time and was told I couldn't use my banked rewards because it was free kids meal day. I had no kids with me.At this point, I'll just drive to Greenville. The convenience of Anderson no longer makes up for the poorness of the food and service. Jerry is still awesome, though.
March 20th, I placed an online order and had my child pick it up on their way home. I ordered the burrito and upgraded it to include a side of queso and drink. I didn't get the queso. Called the store asked for the manager, explained the situation and was told I would receive a refund. April 8th, I contacted corporate, explained what happened and that I had not received my refund. I was told the would have someone call me. Today is April 19th. This morning I once again called corporate and explained the whole thing and that I have NOT received any refund and have NOT received a call. ALL I want is the credit for what I paid for but did not receive. Side of queso, $1.49 or $2.00?

Food was great and tasted delicious! The General Manager (Samantha) was very hospitable and sweet. She made sure all our needs were met, and we were all taken care of! Highly recommend this location!
Came in this morning a girl with twig locs in her hair came to the door and told me there was a 20 minute wait when it was already after 11 and the store was empty I sat and waited 20 minutes still did not get served I will not be coming back!!!! Moes in Anderson has went down hill and I will be contacting corporate
I must say this Moe’s In Anderson on main is the best !!! service was outstanding friendly and my food was perfect just how I asked thanks to these ladies Tori, Lyric, and Sondra .. keep it up !!!yes I will be back !!!!!
The food is ok but the staff is terrible. They look at you like you're a burden on them when you enter to order. They all act if they suffer from manic depression. It's kinda sad. That place used to rock
This is my first time going to moes and got a bowl. We had an amazing server Jerry he was so sweet and so nice and made the dining amazing loved him he’s such a good person and you can tell he has such an amazing heart
I love this place! I'm in here a few times a month. They are doing great especially with supply chain frustrations.
Great food! Samantha is the manager and she is very friendly and attentive if there is any issue at all! Shay and Onyx are great employees and always friendly and efficient when making our meals.
