tasted like day old Big Mac. cold food
Food was cold. Ice cream was melting. It took them 15 minutes to get our food out to us. Both of our drinks AND our milkshake were completing missing from our order (we never got our drinks). Staff had a terrible attitude. No napkins. Just an overall horrible place. I typically expect poor service from McDonald’s, but this is ridiculous!
I worked there and loved it but everything that made McDonalds the best is gone.I’m convinced it the inability to hire good management and McDonald executives have lost their minds. Whatever happened to giving the customers what they want and “moving on?”QSC people!!!!Quality marginal, Service horrible, cleanliness ok because nobody uses the lobby anymore.I quit eating there.
Drink machine is down and only drinks available are Shakes (surprising), freeze drinks or bottled water. Then, they upcharge for a shake or frozen drink. Basically forcing you to take the water or pay extra for a drink that's already included in your meal price or that you didn't actually want. I just wanted a sweet tea with my meal...?♂️.Sleazy move and poor management on them and poor decision on my part for thinking McDonald's would do any better when the issue is on them.
This mcdonald’s on pearman dairy doesn’t even deserve one star. We waited 35 minutes just to order when there wasn’t even 10 cars in the drive thru. Come to find out when we wanted to order a Dr.Pepper and Coke they were out of Dr.Pepper. So we settled for the Coke at it was flat. I would not reccomend this Mcdonald’s at all.
While the food was good the team is disorganized. I had to stop at all 3 widows to complete my order. I waited for a solid 5 minutes at the last window for a cup of black coffee. Maybe more Training or stronger management.
The new chicken sandwich is really good. The service was Slow because they were so busy. The strawberry cream cheese pie is really tasty!
Honestly I'm sitting here in stall 9 as I type...which sags mobile order curbside pickup even tho I went thru drive thru window and currently been waiting for 20 min...its a joke with how slow the service is...im sure the food is going to be subpar as usual which is ok but if ima have to sit in a parking space for 20 to 30 min to get a fast food order its just not acceptable...I mean I could have went home and made my own burger of better quality in the amount of time it takes me to get 1 big mack...this location needs to step up its game I will not be back.
Parked at curbside ordered and prepared for a long wait because they were busy on the drive through, but my order was brought out in less than 4 minutes! Food was good and the employee had a friendly face and voice! Thank you guys!
I went to the drive thru here and I waited more than 5 minutes at the speakerphone and no one took my order so I drove forward to the window and tried to order there. The manager came to the window and I told her that I waited over 5 minutes at the Speakerphone and no one took my order so I drove to the window. The manager did not apologize and instead argued that the order taker couldn't hear me if they are talking to someone else. I said that you should be able to take my order here at the window and the manager refused. She threatened to call the police on me if I didn't leave the drive thru and she would not take my order and refused to serve me. I recorded most of the ordeal with my phone and uploaded it to YouTube. Just search McDonald's Anderson on YouTube to watch how they treated me! I don't recommend that anyone eat at this McDonald's.
