Whether your kids are kicking and screaming or giving you sweet puppy dog eyes begging for McDonald’s… do yourself a favor and keep driving past this establishment.It’s always slow. It’s always incorrect. It’s always a nightmare. Im not one to normally leave a negative review (especially for a fast food chain) but management/ownership has GOT to do something here. It’s pathetic.Im having to drag my kids inside after waiting 10 minutes for drinks that they forgot to bring out which our food (which also took 15 minutes and was incorrect). Ridiculous.Edit - did all of that just to stand there another 5 minutes and not have a single person even come to the front of the store. 8+ people waiting in the lobby to order and not a single employee to be found because all focus is on drive through. So leaving without 3 items I’ve already paid for with my kids disappointed and crying. McDonald’s was supposed to be a treat. This is embarrassing.
One of the workers there whom I think maybe a manager is always a little on the rude side every time we go and she's working she acts like she doesn't want to be there. The rudeness in her voice always says I'm right. Watch out for the woman wearing glasses and has blonde and brown hair I think, I try not to pay her much attention. That's why I always sit down and do a mobile order so I don't have to deal with her.
McDonald's can vary widely from one store to the next, but this is a good one that is fairly consistent with the quality and taste of food they churn out.
Most were very rude. You can hear staff cussing in the back.
Never fails.. every time I come here I sit waiting for over 30 minutes . I’m late to work every time I stop here. Will not be back. Also they get the orders wrong every time
There was dried up, sticky ketchup other bottom of the bag my food was in and on my receipt they put on my big Mac box. This was so disgusting!! There were cars lined up waiting for small orders. Never again!
There was only one person working there and that shouldn't be. I had ordered coffee with my order and she was unable to make them due to she was the only person in the store. I had to go somewhat else to get my coffee. This is poor management and needs to be dealt with. People behind me started to leave so also they losing money. The food also was horrible tasted old and felt like it's been out for hours.
Terrible.Ordered (4) sausage biscuits (1] BEC biscuit and (4) sides of sausage gravy.Had to wait about 20min at the drive-thru for the food.Got home and only (3) biscuits and the sides of gravy didnt even cover the bottom of the dish.Tried to call the restaurant several different times but the line rang busy each time
Been waiting for 30 minutes before I got helped. The drive thru was there main priority. The 10 people standing at the front counter didn’t matter. I’m door dash and I’ve been waiting all this time for 2 biscuits and 2 sweet teas. Steady handing biscuits through drive thru. All the employees even the manager complaining because several people came in with messed up orders and haven’t received items.
Very good place and the service was great! I was the only one client sitting in a table and the manager went to me 2 times to check if everything was fine... I liked the interaction we had... She was very kind and helpful.
