I have to give a 3 star but it is with a lengthy explanation. Due to events I have to look at things more than a foodie at this time. I waited for 13 minutes in line before my order was taken. I was the only one in line. They were so understaffed it wasn't funny. I placed my order then waited 20 mins for my food. A food preparation member had to make 10+ orders then was asked to bag aswell. The food was lukewarm when I got it but never the less done to specifics. The other customers were complaining and walking out, but due to my experience in the industry I was understanding of the citation. They were doing their best with what they had. Would not stop for a "quick" bite but would if I want my food done correctly. Overall notes. 4 star for accuracy but speed of service was a 1. So divide the result and 3 star overall isn't that bad. Would like to see operations at fully trained staff.

I called this McDonald’s at 10:50 and they said they were open until midnight, I drove 15 minutes and arrived at 11:05 and the menus were all blacked out. I called again and the same woman with a high pitch voice answered and said they were closed. I am pregnant and was craving McDonald’s and called ahead of time and they lied knowing they were gonna leave early. There were 4 cars in the parking lot. They sounded drunk on the phone. This is the 4th time this McDonald’s has done something like this. If I were corporate I would fire everyone working tonight. This is so unprofessional. I went and spent my money at cookout where they know what quality service is. I’m never going to this McDonald’s again.

until I finally passed the drive thru, and the person who attended me understood my entire request, he was very helpful and I finally left with a smile

Left out part of my order. Called back and talked to someone that claimed to be a manager. She told whomever I was talking to I left it. No they left it out. She hung the phone up on me.

They need to give the lady taking orders her walking papers. Absolutely no customer service. Greenville St....We drove off in the middle of ordering. Who the hell wants to deal with a person with dry customer service..

Ok so I’m very tired from a robotics competition. I get home and my sister wants to go to McDonald’s for her birthday, so we go.? It was good and all but the floors were so sticky. My burger had been cooked halfway through and there was hair in my fries.? Like really McDonald’s! So that was my freaking trip to McDonald’s on my sisters birthday!

Good service, but prices are kind of high for what you get

Honestly the best McDonald's I have ever eaten at. I have dined at many McDonald's all across the east coast and this has to be the best. I do not know what they do different, but it just tastes better. And all of the staff has been very friendly.

I came in with a receipt and a video because I paid for extra Carmel the morning before and the guy that took my order was amazing he gave me a free one even though I told him I didn’t mind paying for it I just didn’t want to pay for my extra Carmel today since I didn’t get it yesterday but he gave it to me anyways. He told the manager either the clown makeup on and she said well did she bring it back. I started to say something but I didn’t want to get this young man in any trouble. 5 starts for you young man but your manger needs more training. All this over a $2.00 frappe.

Had to turn around after exiting the drive thru.....they forgot the fries....no big deal they made it right....except they forgot both apple juices to both kids meals and 1 toy......I can understand forgetting apple juices but how do you forget 1 toy and the other you remember?
